Where did it say that? Who said it, apart from some slag-MC disposed fans? I played this from Day 2 & the premise was supposed to be, "How far would you go?" Still the by-line, despite the 'stories' that take decades to play out, if at all. That appeared to suggest that players could vary the lengths of time & depravity along whatever were their selected routes. That it turned into a total 'corruption' is only to facilitate an incest-fest with Dylan as MC, was surely due to the fan votes, which the Dev must have thought would translate into more Euros as a result of his decision.

I only drop by for the fan art these days because none of the promise & potential of AWAM will be realised, apart from the M/S & possibly the M/D incest culminations, in about 25 years time. This way I can ignore the Dylan renders. Also some fan art shows Sophia as she was for most of Part 1, i.e. curvy but elegant, plus intelligent, before she became an over-inflated sex appendage, with the mindset of a 14 year old.

This may sound as a complaint from an old-timer. And to some extent it's true. In my case there is some personal element in it. AWAM was the very first game of this kind I played, a few years ago. Sophia made me an F95 lurker. Since that I have tried hundreds of erotic/porn games (I do not exaggerate); some of them were good or at least interesting. But - old love never dies... I still follow AWAM and do not like the direction it goes.

PS: I agree that there is more of ol' good Sophia in the fan art thread then in the game thread. And, in fact, more free imagination, contrary to thinking 'what would bring more money to me'.

I like watching younger boys conquer older, sophisticated women..
I like ntr, some mild nonconsent etc..
I like the sophia character, her beauty, elegance and upper middle class sophistication...
I DO NOT like in-family relations in any form.. I only tolerate them as long as they dont invade the whole storyline.

This whole board is 95% just 3/4 fetiches.
- A young boy harems her mother, family and teachers.
- Black bodybuilder with 45inches cock steals girlfriend from the most pathetic dude ever written even by netflix
- Young dude rebuilds his life from scratch and the whole town goes on their knees
- A woman who seems to be livingh in 1854, suddenly discovers sex, porn and fetiches by 40, and gets run over by the whole city while she is asking what is going on with her

The rest are furrys, futas, sucubus and other very niche things. Creativity is very low nowadays, its hard to find HQ stories with its own personality.

L&P moved the protagonist into Dylan and started doing some weird version of Milfy City meets DIK with the rapist dork, while Sophia keeps getting gropped with her mind full Windows blue screen.

It is what it is...

I think the young boy/mif thing has been way overdone. It's just getting boring at this point in my opinion.

Corruption/infidelity stories are also way overdone. But consider APM. It is a wery well thought-out, slow burn story with many subplots and unexpected turns of events. It keeps a suspense on its readers, as one can never guess what will happen next. It can be read without getting bored at all.
In my opinion, genres never become overdone. It all depends on how well they are written..
