I think you are asking a trouble with the question. Basically, gkdanuka assembled with "Create a room Xpack 1-3" and other products from scretch. Here are what I found so far:

Floor: Marble Shaders for Iray
Sofa: Z Comfort In Red
Lamp: InaneGlory's Lights and Lamps 3 - Ceiling and Wall Lamps
Ceiling lights: IG Iray Lights and Shaders - Architectural Lights
Large painting: Z two floor living room and poses (Large picture frame)

But there are plenty many items such as table and paintings in the render, and there are some missing items he failed to find too. If you ask me a specific item, then I can find if I have the asset. But The hallway has too many items for me to find and list.

I am not too sure as to how you came to that conclusion about the leg,the lighting is good for what I wanted.
You see it right away if you select NVIDIA iray.
Do you still think that her face is fat?As this is the exact same asset

Leg looks good to me. Then again.... OK I will tone it down. Sophia looks elegant and pleasant in this scene.
