Working on creating my Alyssa character. Got all the correct assets as far as I know, but the eye makeup isn't correct, it's too dark (there is no lighter option like in the game) and the outside corner of the eye makeup is differently shaped, indicating a different character may have been used other than what was listed. I tweeked what I have anyhow and this is about as close as I can get for now.

The character asset I used was

Female for the tattoos. I done a whole lot of manually changing the skin colour (I don't understand how so many skin tones are so ugly on characters) and manually tweeking her eye shape etc.

EDIT: I updated this 7Z with a new one as I forgot two tattoos on her (on her arm and wrist).

Note that this contains all the assets I previously listed as well as New Genitalia for Victoria 7. So you may need to already have them.
