For any future questions you may have that are similar to this one man, there is one simple answer: there is no sex in the game, its a tease/erotic game, not a porn game. Fan Art here has a particular function, allowing people to enjoy an alternative AWAM world with actual sex in it.

Most of all we can enjoy the work of artists that are much more talented as well, who actually like what they do, are here for...lust and passion I guess? - who give her for example more than that one single, constant facial expression preset, with raised eyebrows and squinting eyes, as if she's been sniffing powdered garlic (cf image you've uploaded for example).

It 'sa garlic that is working in my opinion.
The fact of not giving it up to anyone yet keeps the player busy continuing to follow the story.;)
