In any case, L&P could make it a lot harder for people not patreons to get timely access to his game. An in game update system is certainly one path in this direction. Sure, Python itself is not really good at keeping source code secret. That's why I suspect even an in game update system will ultimately be challanged, but all this take time and someone has to do it.

I think it's a futile effort: we only get the links here because someone with access shares it with us, right? So getting the content downloaded isn't that much of a problem. Hacking into the scripts and finding the malignant cock-blocking code could be a bit time consuming but nothing that the experts around here couldn't handle and distribute as a patch or (gasp) a simple post about which lines to comment out.

It's an immediate infringement: copyright is not something created or bestowed by some authority, it is intrinsic (maybe think of it as the right to breathe: you're born, you have the right to breathe, so too, something its created its creator has copyright) in both American and EU intellectual property law.

Any one of these IP holders could send a cease and desist letter, and even if he does cease and desist immediately, he's still completely liable for incalculably large damages to the reputation of their brands for associating them with Dylan.

Dude, they don't need to take anyone anywhere, it's not a criminal matter it's a civil matter. They can just get an EU court to rule that damages have been done to their brand or reputation and they will get an order to seize his assets. What bank, let alone Patreon (which is a mote of dust compared to the credit card processing companies) is gonna fight the seizure of L&P's accounts? Those bigger companies learn what he's on about and they'll not only follow any court order they'd probably also stop doing business with him altogether, easy peasy lemon squeezy.

It's just a question of whether Barca cares enough. But I hear they have catastrophically large debts at the moment and Messi's contract ain't getting any cheaper so who knows? Every penny counts...

None of the entertainment icon posters come with the room asset. To recreate the 'Sam Room' Jack had to find the pictures in the posters elsewhere (just as L&P did). If this is in some way non-ethical, Jack may need to reconsider how he portrays the room for the fan fiction.

People who love this game or those who are waiting for something really hot scenes, must understand that this is only the middle of the all day, If you go the logical way L&P - Sophia cannot have sex three times a day - in the morning at middle of a day and in the evening. It is logical that if she has sex in the morning - shower with daughter, fantasies in jail or sex with her husband at work, then the next sex scene should be in the evening, not at middle of a day!
So in this update we should expect a lot of teasing and "blue ballings" :ROFLMAO:
Although I may be wrong - hope so!)
