The question was about the poll results in general and whether Dylan or Ellie finished first. They did't ask about Sam or Alyssa specifically but you mentioned them, so it was also worth mentioning the one that finished 4th.

The GW route is important to the story.He may change it but he will certainly not drop it.Maybe if we all vote we want the GW route the dev will pursue other branches first

No. L&P said it won't really change anything other than give them an idea of who the favourite characters are. In theory, it should let them know where to put more of their focus and thus narrow the scope of the game by focusing on at least the top 5 characters in order to speed things along by reducing the side characters and their events, but it won't.

There are a few changes since the results I have, but that was when there were about 1500 votes. But yeah, they seem to be about the same since about day 2 of the poll from the results I've kept. Particularly the top 5 or so and the bottom 5 or so.
