So I'm looking at the walkthrough, and I never seem to see the trip to the beach it mentions before the Casino, which means that I am always an event short for Dylan.

I absolutely loved the teacher storyline part. I nearly gagged when I saw her unbuttoning and baring her cleavage for everyone to see. Even loved the fact that she seemed to enjoy it too. The nipple hardening was just the icing on an already tasty cake.

checking the walkthrough i can see that you need to open the lesbian temptation or you don't get enough filthy points.
like example, in the gym shower u need to enter sister booth to get fithy points. theres other places as well when following lesbian temptation will give you points. that means, the cheating wife route need to go along with lesbian temptation.
