When I last checked, which was around the v.100 mark, Ellie is a friend, Patricia is a "best friend", and all the other children are tenants. The nudity is taken out, so no Ellie showers etc, and no sex-ed in the second side job.
I always like it when these games use "lodger" like it's a Sherlock Holmes novel, even when it's set in the USA. No one in the USA would say "lodger" instead of "tenant" unless they were an insufferable anglophile.

Honestly, given the amount of sheer hate he's garnered over the years, I'm stunned no one ever ratted him out to Patreon.
Or maybe Patreon truly just does not give a shit and only wants plausible deniability. Not like is anyone going to sue over this.
