Really don't even know why i'm hyped for the release (Especially when Mifly City exists). I already know what's gonna happen

1. Release after the 30th (no chance it releases on time)
2. Similar content to 0.25
3. A few """""""""lewd""""""" scenes with characters I don't care about (the maid or some shit)
4. 90% of the renders used to show the mother scowling and walking down hallways
5. Cliff hanger ending hinting at interesting content in the next release (which will eventually turn out to be a lie)


I just hate seeing a game with every fetish I like, be handled so poorly. Literally Dual Family 2.0

Dont get why people are so upset about the lack of porn content so far, there's fuck tons of porn on the internet, slow burn erotica (made for men in particular) is rare, and if handled well can be way more gratifying. But the thing is that if he focused less on lighting for lamps that takes him 2 weeks and less filler renders, he can progress the story faster and put actual content while still making it a "slow burn."

And that's a genuine criticism, but people in so many threads rage over lack of porn content when not every game is aiming for the immediate gratification. Some are designed to be over the top with sex with multiple characters every day, others are designed to be more realistic and focus on a lot of the slice of life stuff/inner turmoil at least early on. To be honest I haven't even played this game, I just get frustrated when people get pissed at what is already a very small corner of the erotic gaming market in slow burn games more focused on story/character than just sex.

Getting really sick and tired over people like you misrepresenting the criticisms people are giving this game. it's always the same comments made by the same "brand new accounts" that pop up whenever somebody criticizes the game.

No, the problem isn't the lack of sex and nobody has claimed that this was a problem in 100+ fucking pages now. The problem is the lack of anything at all.

Posts like yours, that always seem to pop up at the same times, made by accounts that are all coincidentally brand new, make me question whether or not it's literally the developer trying to redirect against the actual criticisms and paint everybody who doesn't suck his dick as some "child who wants some quick fap and doesn't understand what build up is".

I literally have admitted to never having played the fucking game, would be bizarre to say that if I wanted to try to defend it as a dev. I'm not going to dig through the thread but I know I saw a few posts saying as much when I was skimming through, and there are many in the Dual Family thread. The reason why my account is new is because I'm new, as simple as that, I had barely played erotic games since I was in my early teens over a decade ago (and the erotic games back then sucked absolute ass) until like the other week.

This game might suck ass for all I know, that's not really what I'm trying to get across, it's the attitude I've seen on the site that an update without any sex is a shit update.

The developer is a perfectionist and that type of personality comes with the inability to meet deadlines or do any sort of realistic planning. He has a vision he wants to execute yet finds constant backlash because people enjoy a quick fix more than they do an experience. Rather than complaining, how about giving the developer some positive reinforcement?

If I were the developer I'd ignore F95zone altogether and just skimp the replies here for possible bugs to fix. There are perverts and then there are the F95zone members who take it up a notch with their incest loving, ntr hating and gay loathing attitudes. F95, the owner, will end up having a hate board if this goes on.

Filter the perverts and put new replies in the approval queue for a moderator to approve.

Uh, thats cold. While i can certainly see where this is coming from but don't take it out on the whole. Perfectionism is actually something that needs professional help. Its not a healthy mental state. Simply positive reinforcement won't help it. Don't take this the wrong way but if you haven't noticed the tons of compliment he received on this thread you are seriously short sighted. No offense here, i'm just pointing out that there are staunch defenders of this project over here who are stepping up to debunk what they feel false criticism, every single time it happens. This isn't the case with all games. So this game, and its developer, gets more love and praise than usual.
And i'm telling this while the meantime i'm not fond of this project. I actually feel that you really hit the nail right on the head here, his perfectionism. Probably he is the biggest critic of his own project and gets more backlash from himself than from anyone around here.

I love this game. It has almost perfect visuals(for a 1 person project), really good story(at least for now it is very good and very detailed). And the work this guy did with the number of renders and their quality is astonishing. But.
As much as his renders are almost perfect, as ridiculous high number of them are, it leads to a problem. Creating 4-5 renders of someone where that person just slightly moves hands or the renders of sisters just walking down the street could've been done with 1 or 2 renders. Yes, this current approach leads to very detailed game but also takes time to create and more importantly render this. My suggestion would be to rather knock down few of these and instead create additional renders for "sexy" encounters or doing additional "sexy scene". That way he can keep his very high quality renders and give more sexual content per update(which is ideal for users). Even if in the end there won't be 500 renders but maybe 400 per update, as it leads to more events done in the game, it leads to bigger user enjoyment as player feels he did more progress in update.
So what am I trying to say in short? Rearrange ratio of "filler" renders and actual event renders and users will be happier.
If I read correctly somewhere in the thread early, dev has pretty much envisioned whole game. That would mean that he probably has some draft with rough scene placements and character encounters. And it is really great thing and it should allow him to relatively easy pop in additional scene between some characters in exchange for few "filler" renders and still keep integrity of the game as it was envisioned.
One thing i don't like, not only in this game, but in general, and i try to skip every possible scenario which involves that is those mom-son-neighbor's son when they look like 10 year boys. I have nothing against mom-son things in game as long as the son really looks and can pass for young adult(18-20 years).
What I really like about this game is that it didn't take that standard wife corruption sample where she goes around and fucks everything that walks. It actually has story and almost everything feels like reasoned doing(wife relax herself at home and walks to the bathroom in towel as she forgot that there is someone in house).
So I'd really like to see dev succeed with this game and wish him the best. All I've written is just a suggestion for which I think might lead to happier players and more content in game for the given deadlines. Whether he considers anything written here or not is up to him, and nothing is said in any harmful or offensive way.

Well, as far as I noticed, a lot of people when criticizing the game are not criticizing a lack of any content, a lot of people actually criticize too much filler content that a they skip, because it doesn't add almost anything to the story and it makes you not care instead of teasing you. Which means, that author focuses on pointless stuff, instead of giving people what they want. This is not an art exhibit, but a project that should make recipients want to finance it's further development. Of coarse you have to balance it, I'm not saying you need to cave in to every criticism and demand. It's just common sense to study the market in this capitalistic society.

I myself also criticized this fact and the changes author did to the appearance of some characters, because I think the original look was better. This doesn't take away from the game much and is somewhat biased argument, but in my eyes having characters in the game that I am really attracted to, is one of the most important things.

And of coarse, this is criticism, I am not saying this VN is bad. I like the premise and teasing and I want it to be good.
