I never called him a good dev. He has project management issues, pretty stubborn about the ay he works but there is no denying his absolute talent. Patreons are supporters there is no debating that.
And about chilling, just trying and make a model and setup an environment as detailed as his and make just 1 render. You'll understand the amount of effort and time it takes to reach a level of quality like his. The fact that you said he does it in one week and chills 4-5 months shows your dangerous lack of knowledge of how much time it takes to make these things.

It is one of his driving forces for sure but if money wasn't important he wouldn't have created a patreon page. Not saying he his wrong, every creator should earn what he deserves. But to say that patrons are not entitled to question him if he fails to deliver on his promises is wrong.

Even if he releases the update now only few will get to play it, many would have to wait for 2-3 days to play the update (as he releases according to patreon tier) for android users they would have to wait for 5 to 6 days more to play it

Incorrect, that is just the first release. You probably want to go back a few months before that at least to get when the game began development.

This is an erotic VN. There have been several erotic scenes already. But we know we are several Playable Days (i.e. in game time) away from a man other than husband to have penetrative sex with Sophia) which means we are many months or even years (i.e. in real time) away from this.
What are you looking for from a VN? If all you want is penetrative sex then this game may not be what you are looking for, for a long, long time.
I think it's time to accept that it can still take a little time. No one will be able to tell you for sure when the next version will be released, and more importantly, available here.
