I have a question - why was there so much noise around Sam's concert if nothing happened at it? the concert was just a fork in the road for choosing who to go home with?

See maybe your comment "the interactions between the characters stepped up too quickly" reflects that L&P has listened to criticism of previous updates. Have said before after both the morning and afternoon updates for Events Day 19 / Playable Day 12, that there does feel as if there has been a ramping up of sexual activities over the last three updates. We have had:I agree mostly on everything. As a non native speaker I cannot comment much on the quality of the writing (except maybe the typos and the syntax) but I too felt the dialogues were a little bit under par wrt the usual and not much captivating.
And once again, for the significant events (Nathalie, Sam, Cathy) I had the same feeling I had for the last release. I felt that the dialogues and more in general the interactions between the characterd stepped up too quickly, leaving a sort of feeling of "did I miss something?". I had this feeling for the old gents and in part aiden's and dylan's event. I'm talking really at the beginning of each event. The interactions, the way to speak were not "familiar" or in line with what happened so far with the character in question.
For the old gents, e.g., it was obviously because it was the first time we actually saw them interacting with Sophia and it was weird to see that they were already at that level of interaction/confidence. Once the tone was set it was fine but that step was not trivial for me.
In a similar way here with Nathalie the sudden dominatrix vibe that she sets right from the beginning was a bit disconcerting for me. I mean I liked the event a lot, but this abrupt beginning was a bit odd to me at first, maybe it could have been ramped up a little bit more gradually. Like e.g. Nathalie changing into something more comfortable felt a bit rushed, to the point that you wonder how Sophia does not find it odd.
That being said, call me crazy but I liked that there was no nudity. I found it a lot more erotic this way.
The same for Sam and the sudden bold way he started to interact with Sophia before and after the concert. Ok he was pumped up by the concert and all but still I really felt a sort of sudden step.
And yes the suspension of disbelief in Sam event was strong, for the cheesy dialogues and also for the underwater scene. The realism there was really on a thin line, no way that he could not be seen... (but I don't want to start a discussion of the physics of it!
For Cathy's event I also felt it was kind of rushed. I think you already made this remark for another past event, here is a bit the same. We had few sentences to set the context:
Here maybe a few dialogues with the couples, e.g., remembering a past event, even without many details, would have helped (IMO) to better give the reader an insight of the relationship they had, rather than just describe them. I don't know if it was just me that had these feelings, obviously the corruption has to progress and I think this PD made a hell of work in this direction. But let's say that, personally, I'd prefer a ramp rather than a sudden bump.

Yes it won't satisfy those who want to see Sophia fuck every person introduced in the VN. But it is definitely accelerated.
I have said before the danger is for L&P to do that and accelerate the sexual acts, without losing what had made the story so special beforehand.
Also have said before it is more effective to show and not tell. You are right. Rather than L&P telling us that they swapped reminisces of past events and that sexual tensions had been rising, it would have been better to spend a few more renders (maybe 10-15 renders) showing these past events and us seeing that all four characters (i.e. not just Sophia) were getting more sexually excited from the swapping of tales bygone,

Yeah - I am surprised and even slightly suspicious, that the debt was foregone so quickly after relatively such little things that Sophia did for Larry. I will forgive that if there are more to come in future days - despite his protestations that he (Don Morello) was happily married, he certainly still seemed interested in Sophia.

The dev had enough time and resources to create a better update, he failed to deliver. By what I saw him write on the Patreon, he really indeed plans to finish this game in 2026. We all joke about it, but in his own words: "this is a 30 day series! we are at day 13!". This dude is milking this game more than Rockstar is milking GTA5 lmao.
Stop defending him, you won't earn anything that way. He deserves the criticism and the ones that pay him need to reconsider if it is worth it. Give credit where credit is due but do not forget to criticize too. This "game" has been out for 4+ years and we haven't reached anywhere.

No I did not egzagerate, and I dont think I am particularly slow reader, this is how long it took me.
Yes it was not the 6 hours of sitting in front of PC doing nothing else but that, so if you put it like that, it would probably take less about time 3-4 hours.
But it is not the point. I wasn't trying to mislead anyone, just be informative. I wasn't speed reading it, but rather enjoying it as I relaxed after work, interupted by other things.
The point is - the game is nothing but short, and if you actively read through it all, it cannot be easly compleated over a single sitting. Not even accounting for replayability - as this game starts to truely branch out, with compleatly diffrent events avaliable on 2nd playthrough. Certainly this is one of the biggest games here in terms of text/unique renders. (that is just my assesment - dont have the data to prove it in front of me - can be wrong !)

From what I’ve gathered once you get past the unlimited blueball talk and the defenders of the said blue balling. It’s practically every other female protagonist game ever created a lonely needy housewife that slowly gets corrupted, emphasis on the slow part.
