Yes, it is plausible that for the most part Sophia hasn't gotten herself some 'strange' from all the encounters she has been in. Just not really that plausible. At the very least SOMEONE, anyone should have gotten Sophia to climax either orally or stimulated (besides Liam). Technically the Ellie/Sophia Lockeroom encounter should have both of them working on each other. Women kind to like having orgasms... it's just one of those biological things.
The developer hasn't really moved Sophia off "teacher" mode with Dylan. We don't get to see Sophia's fantasies or inner thoughts, concerns, worries, or inner conflict that would justify her 'filthy' status. Worst, there is no forethought like already knowing things with Sam, Dylan, Ellie, Patricia, Tyler, the boys, or whoever that Sophia takes any precautions not to get too involved as would normal people have even if the precautions fail in the end.

Sophia+Sam: The next alone time where they can have the privacy and opportunity, should have those two going at it like rabbits considering Sam's bedroom incident. Sophia herself took off her top and actively engaged with Sam.
Sophia+Patrica: That has to be decided by Patrica making a real move for the girl-on-girl outcome with Sophia. But Sophia {if the player choses it to happen} is already in the mindset to go for it.
Sophia+Ellie: Ok, they are all set. Either one could start something, and it should fully happen.
Sophia+Tyler: The Sunna scene with Tyler was a total dud. But with Ellie's pressure on Sophia that its ok to cheat, and Sophia pretty much already interest in Tyler, next meeting where there is an opportunity to go at it, it should happen. Still, how blotched the Sunna scene came out, that should be toward the last of Sophia's encounters with the hope a faded player's memory will not detract to it.
Sophia+Dylan: At this point Sophia needs to realize where she and Dylan are, and the dangers involved. Still there needs to be at least two more serious scenes to get Sophia to the emotional point where her passion allows both of them to do it.
*Sophia+ tutoring boys: No plausible possibility that would make anything other than inappropriate discussions happen
*Sophia+retirees: No plausible possibility that would make anything happen other than Sophia getting the old guys' praises and be flattered
All other paths are so long ago it wouldn't make sense if anything else between Sophia and them make any sense
