He hasn't given any update schedule that he sticks to.
What I mean is. If you promise to be someplace by 10 and and reach at 11 you are late. But if you didn't mention any time you are never late.

Animations don't make sense as to why we would need to wait till after the update for it to be explained. It would be rather obvious while playing since it was stated it definately had to happen in this update. DLCs do not make sense either for same reasons.
Unless he is going to try some VR but then that doesn't have to happen right away either.
Same thoughts for a 3d modeling similar to Twist.
