I m not . I m a newbee . Although ''newbee'' translated into Chinese, it means 牛逼 ,which means cow‘s vagina . It stands for excellence and professionalism . :HideThePain:
Your work definitely is awesome, I'm sure everyone here will agree.
So I wouldn't call you a newbie. Also I don't know but i have this memory of reading somewhere around here that you have been working on blender for 4 years.

Do you even know L&P's real name. Now if you don't know his name he doesn't exist either. That is your logic ??

Everyone has the right to express, but not reading anything that is written. Saying that the add-on won't be part of the next update even though he has explicitly said the update will not be released without the add-on really shows the truth of which side is speaking after reading and with some sense and which side just speak whatever comes to the top of their head without any basis, denying every information available.

I'm not mocking his art like most love to do here under the guise of pointing out things. I genuinely don't understand why is everything around the table legs perfectly fine but not them, what kind of error could lead to that.
There's no one here that mocks his art, in fact, his renders are the thing that 99% of people like about this vn, so saying "like most love to do here" is just a plain lie.

It's not in focus on the DOF but it still looks a bit off, overdone
Somehow that error doesn't make sense to me. Is it really an error or something related to the asset in question. Everything around it, close to it, is perfectly fine. No haziness.

I agree, it is a very odd effect. You can actually see through the double image - as if there was a copy/paste of the legs to a new layer that was offset or maybe scaled up a bit, and then the pasted layer was set to overlay or multiply mode in Photoshop. It's hard to imagine it's related to the prop itself.

what is the release date
L&P will certainly be done with programming/translation early or middle of next week. The release will apparently be delayed because there's a "new special feature" or "add on" that relies on a "helper" he has recruited. , and that isn't expected to be I don't think it will be ready for another 2-3 weeks. So probably mid-March.

Perfectly fine is not how I would describe this render and any render I've seen from this update.
I don't know which direction L&P's artstyle is going for, but these last renders are not close to the quality of the previous updates.

Everything looks cell shaded, almost like he's doing 20% of the render and then using a denoiser to clean it up, which gives this cartoonish look.
That could explain exactly why we see this effect under the table.
Either that or we're looking at the work of a different artist.
