Is it possible to play the lesbian route and filthy wife route together ? Or we can play just 1 route and not both of them together?

Quite a few. The girls have made the most progress with Sophia so far.
It's possible for Sophia to pursue Dylan, Sam, Ellie and Patricia all at the same time. The Ellie and Patricia routes are pretty intertwined, but all other routes you can take or leave in any combination - play the Dylan route but not Sam's, or vice versa etc.
You can even mix a few Good Wife events into a Filthy route playthrough.

In my experience playing other games with animations, they tend to be too slow rather than too fast. People are frustrated that the four progress meters were filled several days ago, and there is still no release.
One would normally expect a release within 48 hours of the progress bar being complete leaving some time to test / upload.
