For the Ellie shower on day 11 the women were already naked by the second teaser. Even the last event on the Patricia route had the women all naked.

Not deleted, just brought into line with the other LIs. There's no reason why Dylan should have twice as many events as Ellie, for example. She's pretty much as popular, and just as much exposure to Sophia than Dylan does.
