Well, I don't think it's a matter that Christine couldn't get booze... just that it was hard since her parents has locked up the booze. And of course, it would cost Christine her own money. But I don't think the logistics of getting booze is the issue. It's that Dylan just volunteered, and she is interested in in Dylan. Interested might be a little too strong a word to use here--more like intrigued.
As for the other college "kids/boys" getting it for her. Sure they could, but then they would want to drink it with Christine and her friends. Its a girls' night out and am betting Dylan appears to be harmless or "friend zone" material

Sometimes I really wonder how much some people here want to dissect a porn game. Well, I guess the girls had planned a girls night at first, then added Dylan and probably more guys later. At the time Dylan got the assignment, it could have been that they really didn't have a better source of booze yet. It is also possible that Christine simply wanted to test Dylan's organizational skills. I don't know why, but girls tend to put guys to some tests if they are interested in them. Most likely, though, L&P simply picked up a classic teen comedy plot element without really thinking it through completely. Something that is perfectly fine for a porn game, in my opinion.

I discovered something new about incest laws.
Penal Code § 285 PC is the California statute that prohibits incest. Under this section, marriage or sexual relations between close relatives is a felony punishable by up to 3 years in jail and fines of up to $10,000.
Note that only sexual intercourse is criminalized by California’s law on incest.
Other forms of sexual activity are not.
Example:
One night when both of them are drunk, Michael and Madison “hook up”—and end up engaging in oral copulation.
Because they did not engage in sexual intercourse, Michael and Madison have not violated California’s incest law.
The reason that only sexual intercourse is considered incest in California is that incest laws were written in part to prevent inbreeding between relatives—which can lead to birth defects. Thus, only sex that can lead to pregnancy is treated as criminal behavior.

Well thank you Captain Obvious.
I know he is doing it to milk people it is what is destroying his game.
There is no passion in the game anymore from him and it shows in the dialogue and scenes. Yes the update with Sam was brilliant but that was about it. It has steadily gone down hill since Part 2 was introduced.
The original idea was about Sophia being a wife and a mother. Not a wife and a mother and half the town for which we need stories for each one. As I said too many branching stories that go no where. Ellie and the shower scenes were dropped. Blackmail story took over. That was then dropped.
L&P should simplify and focus on ONE or TWO stories rather than 50 at once. It makes it convoluded and contrived and hard to follow. Rather than try con his audience with nonsensical dead end updates that take months to develop with no rewards.
That's my two pence.

It hit me, I suppose this will not only be the update that will separate the Ellie and Sophia paths for Dylan, but it also allows the Dylan and Sophie path to just stop with Dylan just sticking to Marie without anything incest on the side (with this party instead of doing something with Ellie Dylan has a quick hook up of sorts with Christine).
How is it a myth, child bone density is a lot softer than adult bone density and could dissolve in salt water over the years.

What I am saying is not that incest is bad or good. (within the game)
Someone said that the scene where a mother and son kiss or the son sucks his mother's breast is incest, and I just said that that scene is not incest.
I have never denied that I am on this forum to enjoy porn games.

Not you specifically, just in general, on this thread and other game threads that have incest in them, in some countries incest is legal, including in France if you're over the age of 18 I believe or no more than 3 years older than the relative. Even in the UK incest stops at 1st cousins, 2nd cousins onwards it's allowed.
