This game should have the "humiliation" tag IMO, to allow those not interested in that to ignore it. That seems to be the only NTR type available in this game.

Hello, I’ve been playing for a long time but since the last update I can’t get back my save. I’m not going to start all over again it would be too long so I don’t play anymore and that’s a shame. I saw on Patreon that there is just a link to download but it doesn’t change anything. I’m on PC and I think many are in my case and it’s a shame not to do anything for. If you have a slution or then it really has to start all over again from 0?
That's what people are actually complaining about, there isn't such kind of choice.
Everyone here is only playing the version the dev created and not a "modded-to-your-liking"-version like you.
edit: don't know the current state of the game, just saw some comments about some choice that the MC can make the wife leave the camp later on, but i don't think at this point anyone cares anymore about her or at least thier marriage/relationship.
People who are into it won't pick the option and people who don't won't stick around till there.
