Go to the forum, chat in the chats. Tell them what kind of game you want to create. Hold a vote on what players want to see in this game. And I think many know what percentage and for what will be the highest. Ask them to send you content and photos of what they want to see in the game. And you know perfectly well what content they will send you from videos and photos and who will be in a female pose and under whom. That's it. Then it's just the developer's fantasy and imagination how to present it all and on what platter. "Alice" or "Cartana" to help. You give what the majority wants, and in return you get money.

You're right, 80% od developer in F95 are from east europe.
You can see difference in story with spanish or italian developer (games like ORS and GIRLFRIEND).
