Thought I'd give it a go, I'll give you props for the work gone into it. But the plot..., seriously, even for porn game logic the plot is too unrealistic.

The slow-witted MC is an employee who is made financially responsible for his employer's bad business decisions. From that implausible premise, his life goes downhill - his wife fucks the boss so he can keep his job but then the MC is promoted to be financially responsible for all the debt for a second business location. The boss is just one more of her lovers. Then the MC is demoted, and his best friend takes his place and proceeds to fuck the wife and becomes another of her lovers. That's just a small part of a larger illogical trainwreck of a VN. The migrant camp story is even more implausible.

Okay in my opinion this game had potential for a lot of pathway options that were already introduced and laid out could have had a swinging path you could have had and she's training backfire he created his own harem you at the cup path the cheating path voyeuristic path Etc

What got me though is you can get to the point where Genevieve and you agree on a romantic thing together and then little down the way after you f*** her the second time and intervene from the black dude at the bar she ends up f****** Rick anyway even though she told you she didn't like I don't know what not your stories broken it's chaotic they contradict each other and this game would have been better off as an open world game where you can select which pathway you want to follow through the story base laid out rather than trying to force a story One Direction when you introduce multiple directions story could go you closed on sister path quick made it hopeless to say the mother and you ended the faithful wife path Lamely

This game (7.5) I played up to where stepsister has choice to move into MC's area or stay with mom.
I understood the drug fucked with the women's minds, and the MC warned them, sheepishly not to eat or drink anything. We all know what happened, and there is zero communication to avert the problems. MC regularly goes out of his way to hit the bar, go out with others ... pretty much everything else but sit the wifey down and work it out. Of course, when I thought that was done, nothing changed. And the wife and Bestey actually tells the MC that it is all his fault that wifey is sleeping around, his mom is sleeping around, his stepsis is the next target of the camp who is fucking his wife and mom. Not gonna even go into the new therapist, as I may have missed something but all I see in BNWO. In other words, there is no free will ... to anyone, and the MC is literally living in hell and doesn't know what to do about it. The new therapist ... I stopped the treatment but the story had no more content. I will play the route where he stops treatment ... but if it goes back to hell, I'm done,

I had to go back quite a bit, but found a save that worked and am playing it. We'll see what the updates are ...

You're still trying to find some logic in this, some rules. In vain, it's like in real life. Yesterday, a tipsy girl climbed onto a table at a bar and started dancing. "Hmm... Nice legs," I said out loud. She smiled:
