From what I remember, there isn't anyway to save the mother and the wife right? Its one or the other or lose both.

Nothing I found could save the mother. The drug addiction, her supply drying up, having to resort to prostitution to pay for the drug and her drug enhanced sexual appetite was not something that she could give up.
The only thing that makes this game better than A Wife's Phone and Bull Bunny Cuck so far is that it doesn't have sissy content shoved down your throat.
This is a cuck game. The point of the whole story is your bully fucked your beloved ones.
Totally agree, there is no reason why content do not feature only said actresses if there are so many content of them online.

Can someone give me a tip on how I can use Translator3000 in this game? All the video and image links disappear and I have to keep activating and deactivating the translation. Isn't there an easier way?
Even though this was a cuck and NTR game but I felt like this could’ve had potential to include a vanilla/dominance route as well in the future if someone make a game similar to this
I'm not going to lie I did like the ending of the not continuing the treatment wondering if a sister's life is the sequel to this cuz it left the gate open for another game the way it ended hinted at another game that continued off this game

After our previous project, we decided to rework many things. This time, we wanted to make the story more engaging and multi-layered — unlike our first game, which often felt chaotic and, at times, meaningless. In WE: Another World, our second game, we’ve taken into account all the mistakes we made with our first project, along with everything we’ve learned so far, to create something unique and exciting. But hey, once you try it out, you’ll see for yourself.
But first, let us tell you a little more about WE. The story centers around the main character — a university student. He lives a pretty ordinary life: dating a girlfriend, attending classes, having some family issues. It all seems fairly typical... until a new student arrives at the university. Then, the main character learns about a mysterious new VR game... but you’ll have to discover the rest on your own in the game.
Genres featured in the game:
Optional: NTR, Main character cheating, Gender change, Transformation
Core: Side character cheating, BBC, Vaginal, Anal
The NTR content and gender transformation are optional. In some story events, the main character will find himself in a woman’s body — but any sexual content in that form is completely up to the player. Later, it’s also possible to return to the original body (if that’s something you really want).
We’re also sharing a few screenshots from the new game so you can get a sense of the quality before release.
