I've played multiple times and tried all actions and combinations of actions to see how story goes any different but due to unfinished plot holes it stuck with base storyline

Not complaining just think the dev is rushing to push out updates every month and not taking his time to fix unfinished plot holes and because he rushes this it has thrown a good story into somewhat of chaos but can easily be fixed

Everyone needs to stop rushing dev have patience

In fact, the only thing that interests me personally is how many people want to continue playing this game. Probably much less than in the first releases, when the game really interested many people, including me. But such a stupid and spineless MC killed my desire to continue and I am sure that I am not the only one. And the developer is not going to change that.I understand that this is an NTR game, but I wish Oliver had at least the beginnings of intelligence and masculinity.

You just need to achieve the following two goals by adding/removing dialogue in the relevant script to solve about 90% of the issues users have raised:
1. Transform the endlessly stupid MC into an average MC
2. Prevent people from calling the FMC a whore (For example, her reason for sleeping with the MC's boss indicates her sluttiness because it was for money that neither she nor her husband critically needed)

Adjusting some dialogue here and there doesn't exactly fix anything. I wish it did. There are legit
pathing points that need fixing and linking, adding more choice crossroads, fixing a few scenes,
cleaning up some of the story elements. It's not about telling a different story or one changing things
to suit one person or another outside of context. It's just fixing what's there and building on it so that
it's more coherent and consistent outside of the rinse and repeat plot holes that exist.

What the MC/FMC go through should be causal. With an actual point. Not just suddenly the entire
universe hates them and bends all laws of reality to make them suffer needlessly.
