I've played it to 2 endings, where he leaves and stepsister is saved.
Although there was some mention of a path involving Black Pregnancy,
I've played as much as I can take.

I really wished this game had a dominance route cuz I would have love to see the MC get revenge On Samuil, Chris, Rick and everyone who teased him as a cuck. The route will include MC have sex with Jenevene, doctor, boss od the camp, Autumn and etc. As for revenge, MC targets Samuil family, take the company from chris and beat up Rick.

I don't think any path gives you a precise number for how often the wife got dicked down by other dudes, but even in the most tame path she got fucked at least once

Yeah tested it out, the MC in NTR Office is dumb as rock, you could even somewhat go with "Team Leader" story but the way he acts with professor storyline, heck yeah you left your passed out drunk friend in the room and after few moments in toilet "they have left" and someone stands at the door blocking your entrance, also the game clearly misses "rape" tag
Heck there would be 2 choices, either they get the heck out of the way and open the door or they will go trough it if there is any possibility that something bad is happening to friend.

But yeah, those games being worse don't exactly make this one better

Actually NTR office has redeemed itself in the end, after forcing myself to play it a little more to see if it gets worse, it actually surprised me, after finding out what is happening MC can take charge of the situation and take her women back and the is even little payback for the perpetrators.
This game could do the same branching to save itself a little

Yeah at the very end NTR Office does redeem it's self along the "Good" path.
But getting there is mind numbing and anger inducing as hell haha I literally wanted
someone to (sexually pleasure, but not necessarily wanted) the MC with a fork for just
about 99 percent of it hahaha And you're right. They do not hide the fact that this is pure
rape and nothing else. It needs that tag as the main tag.
I will say NTR Office does give me my "first ever": Modding a game in Chinese.
Those lessons I took came in handy to no degree at all hahaha
