So i played up until the wife quits the job at the camp and is back with the MC. But from what I read, it doesn't really even matter because no matter what you do, shes gonna end up sleeping with your boss and friend willingly and the only way to end the cycle is to leave her and save your sister. Does that sound about right?

No. Wife can choose not to sleep with the friend but does sleep with the boss to end his money hold, and then the MC can choose to leave with or without the wife ... and stepsister goes with him/them and is saved. His mother is lost in both outcomes.

In just 4 days, you’ll find out where the protagonist’s jealousy and suspicions will lead him. Did his wife really cheat on him? Or is it just Samuel’s scheming? And what happened to his sister? Could he have ruined her too? On March 6, you’ll get the answers to these questions in update 0.9.5. And yes, we’ve already started working on our next project. Once we finalize the core concept, we’ll let you know what it’s about. For now, let’s look forward to update 0.9.5—and enjoy the arrival of spring!

Well you have to look at the pathways wether you continue treatment or not there might be slight differences in the outcome but same outcome so far except the Mc isn't ok with what's happening
