I don't do creative writing anymore because to be honest I suck at dialog (like bad bad ), so I try to avoid being mean when I criticize others writing, but... I don't think I can be truthful here without being a little (or maybe a lot) mean.

I would have assumed the reason this got written this way was

A. because the wife is supposed to be a manipulative bitch that the MC needs to get away from ASAP, but this quote from (who appears to be) a dev seems to throw some water onto that idea.

Manipulating your partner like that isn't being loyal and I'd argue not very redeemable either.


The only other ways I could see this shit being written also get less than flattering as we go on

B. The writer forgot they weren't writing in a vacuum, thus unintentionally creating the hypocrisy (basically a season 1 Amber from Invincible situation... God I hope this is the reason).

C. The writer is a massive simp, that thinks a woman doing this (multiple times) is better than a man doing it (once) (Pathetic).

D. The writer is the kind of thot that that thinks a woman doing this (multiple times) is better than a man doing it (once) (Evil).

The worst part of this whole thing is it could have been avoided if the wife reacted the same way the MC does/can, just take a fucking breath and ask what happened.


And before anyone thinks I just an anti-NTR/drama guy throwing a hissy fit, I'm just anti badly written NTR/drama. (I read and loved "Love & Jealousy" for God's sake... even if that story broke me)

Yes, it is worth giving another chance. You get to spend more time with Katherine
and Luna in Part 1 and better understand them. For good and for bad. The main focus is
and always will be on Liam and Emily. But there are, in fact, 3 couples in the story.
Emily and Liam, Luna and Daniel and Katherine and Finn. We get to spend more time
with them from Part 1 onward.

Emily knows about them. And depending on your choices she knows the other things you've
done too. Like looking at her phone. She's not hiding her phone from you. None of those
videos has anything to do with her, so why would he dream of doing those things when he
knows it's not her doing them? And above all, she knows she's not the one doing them.
So yeah, she might get a little angry at that. Especially since he has a habit of accusing her
of doing those things when she isn't. Nice minefield you want to cross.

Confident path isn't directly connected to a loyalty path, per say. Your confidence and
support for Emily boosts her loyalty to you, yes. But it doesn't stop you from cheating on her.
Which will immediately send you to NTR land if she finds out. Make her distrust or hate you
and you are only helping the people trying to steal her away from you.
I don't think I need to explain how you can make her distrust or have you.

Hotwife/NGR is attached to the Loyalty "path". If she's 100 percent loyal to you she will
be more open to exploring it with you. If your helping the people trying to corrupt her,
she will be uncomfortable with you making those suggestions. She will also be a lot more
irritable toward you. And she might even outright lie to you. Not because she is a conniving
manipulator (toxic Liam gaslights like crazy), but because you are driving her away.

I would love to add more of Emily's days and nights but that means more time the guys
have to take to code it in. If you all want more of Emily's life you have two choices -
which are not either / or choices but two independent choices. You can come on our
Discord and leave us feedback that you want more Emily. The guys will pay more attention
to that feedback. The more you guys rush them to release chapters the more they see Emily
as unnecessary work. And although I might want it, they already work so hard on this that
I don't want to over burden them when I write scenes that they then have to make happen.

The other choice is me doing a tie in featuring Emily's life outside of but connected to
A Wife's Loyalty. I already have one such tie in a concept phase. Emily and Luna's college
years before she meets Liam. This was intended to be a part of Part 1 but wasn't used
because it was unnecessary to the story. We only needed the one backstory, not both.
I'll even be nice and give you guys some concept art. The other is me taking Prologue and
making Emily's POV of those days. So please leave comments and feedback on this if it
is something you would be interested in. Or you can DM me about it.

To criticize is to show the author that he is not doing what I would do if I could... I'm talking about conclusions alone, I'm so sick of the evidence. And no one stumbles while lying in bed. The game is well made, you just need to understand it correctly, like reading a book, if you don't understand something, reread it a second time.

i didnt said there shouldnt be a loyal path where she didnt does anything. but it a shame that there is not a path where the mc stays loyal and is not a whiny wimp but she starts to cheat anyway. for example that path could have started when he forgot the aniversary. he didnt cheated and was all the time confident he just did a mistake that leds her on a path of cheating because she waas angry.
