If you have already 0.3.5 and 0.4 is just a bugfix, there is really no point to download the game again -.-

It's not? The bugfix is fixes made for .4 since it's been released to the upper patreon tiers.
There is no need to post it in the request there if he already have the update. Just report the comment as game update.
