Yeah the gym choice NTR on/off is kind of misleading as well.. It should maybe say MC Alpha/Dom or MC Cuck/Sub. Because technically the wife does still sleep with other men behind your back on the Alpha/No NTR route (if you do not add her with the app), and choosing the NTR choice locks you out of Alpha Christina, Hearth, and Kirley routes.

It's useful on the MC for 2 reasons that make it a bad system in a different way:
1. There are interactions where the player needs to send a message out, but you won't get a notification to go to the messaging app. If you have hypno spam you'll never go too long missing one of those messages.
2. On earlier builds there were times where commands just didn't finish (outside of the Mia boss and son feminization commands that basically pop up way sooner than they can finish) and it helps to restart them. Having hypno spam for the MC basically causes you to have a reminder that 3 days have passed and to check if your commands have stalled.
Neither of these are "good" reasons for the system, but they are what I use them for. After I don't need them for Mia and the son's path I turn them off for everyone else.
Those are not just not "good" they are terrible reasons. As it stands there is no real reason to use the spam. I "think" it might affect the son with the sissy route, but I've never given a fuck about that route to play it out.
So, no changes. Which means that the CORE MECHANIC of the game is essentially only barely implemented, through the commands and two parts of the game it's necessary for.
That said, I missed some Lana and Christina messages because they did not indicate it in the app, meaning that MAYBE hypno spam has a use, but that's every 3 days and a lot of these are every 10. Trust me, the game is pretty insufferable when you are sending everyone hypno spam.
I will also never be able to get over how annoying Fuckstagram is. It's a time wasting mechanic with constant popups. If you unfollow people, you still get the notices. It's so insanely grating on a long playthrough, which this has been VERY long.
Some of the repeated messages don't make sense, like I swapped the wife to working for the MC and, of course, I'm still getting Mr. Sins videos sent every few days.

Can you blame him? It's a great game. It's also of a reasonable length.
And, yes, Casey is great. I definitely deserve to be called out for "sharp knees" but she is one of the very few main actresses in the game I find attractive. I'm just really glad that right now I can safely turn the mother off, although I really wish I could turn off Jenna as some of the images of her make my skin crawl.
I don't think it is very good though. The premise is basically I want to make my wife more fun in bed, oopsie I turned her into a whore. Personally, I hate mind control as a corruption mechanic. That and blackmail. Lame!
This game lacks an actual antagonist. Jenna barely counts as she's an ally more than she's an enemy and her or her puppeteers true motives are still unknown. There are zero stakes if we do nothing (but still add them to the app to white knight them) and there are zero consequences if we corrupt people. Hell, in one instance by corrupting the wife and becoming a cuck one could argue that we've strengthened the bond between the mc and the wife... kind of fucked up shit is that?!
Casey, for me, is hands down my favorite porn actress which is why I hate almost all other ones. Jia's fine, but I couldn't care less about her branch. White Mia, pass, Ava hard pass, Lana whatever, Kirely pass, Hearth is cool but who cares about her branch, I don't even think of Jenna just because she's oversexualized that it doesn't even register in my mind to think of her sexually.. if that makes any sense.
Ah, I also don't see Jenna sexually. I mostly mean the images of her back where she looks like she has some kind of disease. It's less that I find her unattractive and more that I keep getting jumpscared by those images and the one where she's staring at the camera removing her panties. Bimbo is hard pass.

So I definitely know where you're coming from with this, but for an actual answer, you probably just need to keep playing the game for a long time (takes like an hour of constantly skipping through content and progressing time). There is a massive diedown in content in the midgame that everyone is pissed about.
And you know when you're in the midgame because the content fucking dies, people stop talking and everything sucks while Jenna fucks with your wife. Then the late game starts and BOOM like 6 messages in a single day to your wife's phone.
Post 4.6 the game seems to suck with separated content and the whole thing just sucks ass now for like IRL days of gameplay unless you're skipping

It seems like the only branches that have been "fixed" are the alpha routes meaning cucks can't do alpha shit and alphas can't do cuck shit. An alpha wouldn't message people on Fuckstagram pretending to be their wife and talking about how great their dicks are. A cuck wouldn't get Hearth's number and have a relationship. So, use your brain (granted, I am basing this off of nothing but pure logic because who would play an NTR game to be an alpha, certainly not I. Just got to "Salim and the MC's feminisation" step 19...why on earth would the MC fall for that taxi driver's blackmail attempt of threatening the FemMC to show the blowjob video to the MC, which he thinks is the FemMC's husband?
I had to facepalm so hard my forehead now hurts.
The most logic solution would have been to tell him to fuck off and a somewhat comedic relief where the taxi driver shows up at the MC's doorstep with his blackmail attempt, just to get told by the MC that the FemMC is just a collegue from out of town and is just using a copy of the MC's ID for checking into hotels when she is in town for buisness reasons.
That would have been a good break point for the MC to actually realise that he could go wild in his female form without people being able to track him down afterwards.
edit: also a bit of a warning, don't pick the "Wife+Paul"-option to get rid of Paul in the Niece's FemMC branch while playing the noAddWife-Cuck-Route, you'll get stuck at step 113 since it would only progress after reading a msg on the wife's phone and you don't have access to it in that route.

I figured out a way to bypass this I think. If you just select the first option in Step 1 in "The branch of Lana and neighbor", you can skip the Step sis story line altogether and continue the the MC content.
