New update coming soon (February 20 or before), it will mostly be the rework, the update will be free for everyone. Then another update coming with content 2 weeks later (dev precise that the content will be smaller due to a decrease of x5 x7 in financial support).

Reworked game update content (coming from dev's website) :

What else has been added to the game?
- Messages in M&F.
- Messages in OF.
- The ability to set wallpapers on the phone.
- The time-skip button now skips directly to the next active dialogue in the game.
- In the future, almost all profiles in M&F will have their own small and large paths, so your likes and dislikes in the app will have consequences.
- As I showed earlier, housing can now not only be purchased but also rented out for income.
- Photos and videos in the gallery will be separated into different tabs. The gallery itself will no longer lag like it did before.

And plenty of other small improvements. I think when you see the updated version, you’ll understand just how much work went into all of this.

not sure about that, last news doesn't specify if the release will be online or app. But it seems to me that it should be app. This version won't have new content only reworked UI (engine) and mechanics.

edit: tbh, for me the most interesting part, in terms of story revelant conversations, is the path of uninstalling > refuse chastity > set wife free.
But since the game progress is bound to patreon votes this path will most likely never see the light of day.

edit2: the patreon votes are also the major cause why the game will see little to non meaningful story progress. I'll assume the main story is bound to the MC-Jenna branch, which still ends after step 11, and hasn't seen an update in ages. All the other branches can be seen as side-quests, might reveal some interesting info and pleasing certain kinks, but have no real impact on the main story.

Can someone tell me how to get into the femdom branch ? I have never seen it ? What choices need to be made to unlock it ?

Also can someone tell me why Julia s branch disappear at 53 or something like that ? If you choose to not turn into a woman the branch just disappears ?
