This might be my issue. I'll try playing again when I have a chance, but both of my play-throughs I had NTR and just flipped whether wife/MC were on the app and whether sissification was enabled (I assumed NTR only applied to the wife storylines). Because what I got for the story was Paul's wife/friend said she couldn't help, Dev's said to contact him direct, I message him and he says to use XY to gender swap, message the devs and confirm it's a real app (which all seems to match what you said you saw), but after that last chat with the dev there's no further prompts/thoughts about the app until the devs message back and say they're disappointed I chose not to save the niece.

Does anyone has a save before the start of the MC Sissy route?? I tried to get there the old fashioned way, but honestly it's really annoying having to get to step 48 in a completly different route just to begging the route you want.
Did you go to the store and buy feminine clothes? Also I don't think you can do it if you're on the sissy path.
