For everyone having weird bugs with routes not working.... it's a you problem. You're most likely not restarting or you're doing something wrong. For instance, the one issue I thought I had that was preventing progress was me not adding Christina to the app later on.

This game typically has bugs upon every new release but I've played without through every route and there's no issues.

That's what happens when new devs have too many ideas and don't run it through anyone else before adding. Any branch adds tons of complexity to already existing ones and it becomes a royal mess.
From a manageable NTR game about corrupting a wife, we now have added incest, sissification and whatever else is being cooked there. It is not impossible to have a game like this but unless you have a ton of writers to create sth similar to Girl Life, you better focus on one path. But it might already be too late.

To his credit, he pumps out a lot in every update, but at this point, he's clearly his own worst enemy. No one in his Patreon polls wants this shit; the overwhelming majority of us want wife-based content and instead he'll do something stupid like that pointless Mia Khalifa update.

Someone in the reviews brought up a good point that it's really stupid that you have to be the one to watch the hypno to boost their corruption. How tf does that work?!

Do you have to be feminized and commiting some kind of incestual relations now to get the kirley, hearth content? Let me try progressing other branches that need me to progress other branches so I can progress other branches.

Hearth is done by visiting the mall in chapter one and just getting her number (you may be able to get it later on if you never went to the mall at all). Kirely, I think you just get by adding the son and choosing cheating as his hypno (but this might not be necessary?). You'll get a message from the Unknown Number and you'll be able to talk to her. Kirely has more content than Hearth, but neither have very much.

Im not the one in fault which you clearly implied. The game is a buggy mess, I loaded up my save from day 1 and Georges/Mias paths are still bugged.

I was speaking in general terms and then I was speaking directly to you. You are having problems no one else is having. Multiple people have said that you need to restart the game and here you are saying that you loaded a save and now everything's buggy, so, again, a YOU problem.

A lot of new variables defined at starting of game and if you load old version save it's no matter from which day you loaded it.

Sounds like cuck and alpha routes. Going through my most recent playthrough I got the MC to change gender by picking up stockings for both the wife and I, saying I'd like to be like the sissy images to Salim and seeing more, maxing feminization on the MC and currently having feminization hypno sent to the MC still when reaching that point in the questline, the goal being specifically to try to have the MC change gender. Worked fine. This was in 4.8, could not get it to work outside the sissy story line in 4.7.

Dunno if it's supposed to be some other route, all I know is in 30+ playthroughs of 4.7 I didn't get a choice, almost always got Niece BBC with Alpha route only allowing Paul's gender swap. Never got the MC changing genders until 4.8 when I got a choice between MC gender swap and Niece BBC

The game is still in development. It is not in a form of completed chapters which are periodically released and the old ones do not change.

Sometimes a save will work across versions other times it will not (this is the same with other games on here). Generally assume that if you are using a save from a previous version (regardless of where it is at) and it has a bug then you will likely need to start from scratch (unless there is an action that hasn't been taken that is not obvious).

The last few releases have had a lot of changes made in the earlier parts of the game, as stated in the change notes. This will almost always mean that a new game will need to be started. I can see how this can be frustrating but sometimes it is necessary when making a game.

There are likely still some bugs in the game. But the majority of the posts here that are complaining about things not working are due to people using a save from an old version (because they are getting bugs no one else is getting).

Copy everything from the update folder into the game folder of the older version. Replace any files it sees as duplicate.

As long as the folder structure isn't different, windows prompts you to copy and replace, adding new stuff while replacing anything old that's been updates. Any files not changed shouldn't be altered.

I started playing a little over 1 week ago and never updated the game, so playing on an old save is no issue. Bugs are expected but from my experience game is unplayable for people that havent been paying attention to this game before with many situations where you can lock yourself from story parts randomly or bugs like quests disappearing from a log. I will definitely give it another shot but in a year or two.

Some quests disappear on choices of another branch. Initially game show you all possible branches and hide branches which no more possible after your choices.
