Relax, it's always like that with newbie developers. Once you get your emotional stuff sorted out to handle the trolling and the demands to change the script, graphics, and all that, you'll start to succeed

So, welcome and nothing weird about you posting here. In fact is always appreciated since the threads are full of questions, bugs reports or any kind or error.
I can see you really started from the scratch, coding 'if' - 'else' is basic in all known language and created from the very beginning, even the '80s before PCs, the most famous was Commodore, the language was Basic and If - else was there with print, input or goto not yet 'elif', 'for' and neither vars with multiple values maybe the hardest part to learn.
I'm not dev and never made a code, i did and do files with my own chosen customization, cheating games with unending loops or hide trigger also to solve a bug but you really are going fully from 0 to 100.
Don't pay attention over claims for put or quit a tag like NTR. It has haters and phobics but also a good number into it who won't show up celebrating the NTR, they will claim the path not included. If a game have cheat and cuck, lover of swinging and sharing will be coming suddenly to post to claim those path.

I think having more sprites on the screen during conversations would be better, as every scene is rather empty. Instead of just having images on the bottom left, have the sprites present during conversations in the main screen. Give them different emotions and such during dialogues to break up the monotony.
Since you're not using full images all the time, and have resorted to sprites, you have to have them be more active and present. Got to give the player something to keep the eyes interested or to portray the scene, instead of just staring at empty backgrounds with a bunch of text. It just gets dull and boring when nothing is happening on screen and you just sit there reading text after text, with nothing to break up the monotony.
As for the game itself, it's a cute story so far. Need to add something at the end of the update though. It just cuts back to the main menu abruptly without any notice that you reached the end. Wish there were more choices with some things though. Like the clerk at the store. Wish there was an option to push him away, instead of being forced to let him rub his dick all over you (basically dry hump you). I get this is just a first release, just hope we'll have more choices in the future to prevent that kind of stuff.
But otherwise, everything seemed fine. Just some issues with the stuff I mentioned above. It's an interesting start at least.
As for the NTR, you don't need an NTR tag unless her boyfriend/LI is cheating on her. As a female protagonist game, if she is the one doing the cheating, then you just need a cheating tag. It is only NTR if your significant other is cheating on you. So, for instance, if Andrew is the boyfriend, you'll only need an NTR tag if Andrew cheats on Bella. But if it is just Bella cheating on Andrew, then you just need the cheating tag.
Either way, decent start for a first time. Will give this another shot on the next update to see how it progresses at least. Thanks, and best of luck with your game.

A lot of background scenes can be solved only with something like mc_horny center left and X_shocked center right and playing this kind of statements.
Also, NTR is not for protagonists. All maleMC cheats and fuck everything around and is not NTR and been a female MC, also her BF cheating don't give the user the bitter or bittersweet (hatters and lovers respectively). It would have more sensitive impact the tag in the thread than the scenes itself.
Lastly, it needs more characters around. The kind of character that influences the plot, MC or her BF and the other playing like 'extras'. An empty classroom, only sometimes a the teacher pop up and just vanishes a little later is not something enjoyable.
It's all about renders but not the artwork neither the quality.
About the story, there is no Renpy game good in the wrote part.
If you check requests you would see Visual Art and coders. People usually think they can replace a real writer and this is the consequence.
For example, the male MC is the same character in every game published. Is a guy is calm, incredeble wise, peaceful but can fight against 5 before sweating can have any woman he want, have a giant cock and can keep going for s while. NTR male is exactly the opposite.

The two current reviews seem to reflect this misunderstanding, so adjusting the version number could help manage expectations better.

People are attracted to different things. That's just how the world works. He wasn't attracted to her when she was large. Just wasn't his type. Can't blame him for that. That's how attraction works.
But you know what he didn't do? He didn't reject her or make fun of her or any of that. Even though he wasn't attracted to her, he became her friend and did everything with her and still hung around her, regardless of her size.
Now she has changed, and he finds her new figure attractive. Because he's attracted to that body type. So, now things have changed. His best friend is now attractive to him. I don't see the issue at all. We all are attracted to certain body types. How is he to blame for being attracted to her now slimmer body and not her larger body? That's just human nature.
