No. I'm sorry. The dad will never be a romantic option for Bella.
There are a few reasons for this.
1) I want the dad to stay as an emotionally supportive anchor. As one of the only people, who never 'want' anything from Bella, other than just being her father. I don't want to include something, that might end up coming between them.
2) I plan on including a route (or side quest of sorts), where Bella tries to help her dad find a new romantic partner in life. Helping him get over the loss of his wife/Bella's mom.
3) The third reason... I'm not going to say, cos that would be a major spoiler.

Jerrod route when?

Sorry to say, Buddy.
It will be a while. The recently finished poll has decided that the next update will deal with the Mr. Morrison route (+ Caroline and Mr. Madrigal). This route is unfortunately not one that includes Jerrod, since he has been pulled out of school in this route.
So it will probably take a bit of time, before there is any further development in the Jerrod Saga.

Hey y'all.
Now that the new update is out...
I just wanted to inform people, that there will be no poll for the next one.
There are routes that need to be worked on, so they can move forward in time and correlate with the more advanced ones.
I have decided, for update 0.6, to work on the Daniel route. It's the one, I'm most excited about. I'm currently in the middle of improving ALL CGs in this route. The old ones were terrible. Example:

I've added all the new ones and there are now WAY more CG's in this scene than there were before. I simply couldn't help myself, so I started up writing the scene over. It will be completely different from what it was in previous updates.
It is now already the longest H-scene in the game and I'm still far from finished with it.
I fucking love working on this shit!

Shame, the old CGs looked better, more real, on the new one it looks like he's scared But it's all a subjective.
Btw during Daniel route there were some dialog options when their names were switched (Daniel/Bella), if u want I can recheck and share screenshots.

Anyway I like the game, so thank you for sharing and wish you luck with its further development. Regarding routes, would be cool to see Jerrod coming with excuses to Bella after her drop-out from school. At least in that route his thoughts forced to think that there's a way to improve and be a better man for that guy and maybe to build his relationship with Bella from another, good angle. Dunno if author have such plans for future, up to him, but that's would be cool. I like that some routes aren't that straightforward as you may think they could be (Daniel pouring out his dirty thoughts about Bella, charming Julian trying to suppress his desires, even Jerrod as I said above), that makes this story more interesting and alive, thank you

Regarding the Jerrod thing, I do have a "road to redemption" arc planned for him. I've tried to foreshadow it a little bit, with the guilt he feels after Bella drops out (as you mentioned), AND with Caroline describing him as "a broken little boy". So there is definitely more to him, than meets the eye. I didn't want him to say anything during that scene though, because I needed it to lead to her dropping out, so if he said he was sorry, then it might give Bella a reason to stay in school. But I DO want there to be some hidden depth and qualitites revealed in most of the characters once Bella gets to know them a little more. A few of them however, will simply be rotten to the core with no redeeming qualities in sight. You know, some people enjoy that kind of sick perverted stuff (me for example).

Without getting into too many spoilers, does Jarrod have a route that does not include redemption?

From what I have seen, he's the rich guy with a lot of things coming easily to him in life. That has certainly led to him being emotionally stunted and lacking outward empathy. If Bella does not present a challenge to him, does he have a path where he embraces that selfish side of himself and take Bella as a prize and sexual plaything without regard to her feelings?

Be careful though, I see what your intentions with the story you want to tell are. Changing them too much is not good especially if they don't hand in hand with your original vision. Remember, no matter what decision you take, there will spawn other people who disagree with those changes.
