There's no such thing as a 1:1 translation. The title was accurate (for the most part... it should actually be, "A world unrecognized by anyone"), however, the overview was not so I corrected that just now.

Edit: Actually just fixed the title too. I have a feeling MTL was used just based on the title and description.

The ore/boku is silent. I guess the intent was a world where nobody recognizes me. Current title's meaning = a world unrecognized... meaning nobody recognizes the world. Though 認識 actually means awareness and cognition, which would be more appropriate words for the plot. "A world where nobody's aware" would be the most literal translation.

Ooh, this concept sounds really fun, actually. Weirdly, it sort of reminds me of a lot of those NPC Sex-type games, except rather than being in a videogame world (so that's why people don't recognize your actions), it's more about perception alteration.
