There is only one good game currently:

It has a good story, but RPGM graphics, and pretty basic ABDL mechanics.
Two 3D games have awesome potential but are still severely bugged:

Do you know where to get the pacifier project? been searching for it (dont really want to spend on a short "demo" rn...)
isnt the public version a few versions behind?
like the newest version is update 17 :3 (has shoes as an option and many other things)
AFAIK, the public version is not really too behind, instead it just skips minor changes.

is a personal favorite, and it's still getting updates unlike most.It also has a bit of a chastity mechanic added FWIW.
But it is a very Sub kind of game. The player is always handled by different caretakers.
There is no personal story of choosing to put on a diaper.
It's only going to different places where the NPCs do things to you.
With a setting like that it might be fun getting forced into a walker or stroller depending on the area. However you should be asking yourself what type of stuff you'd want to include in the game.

Femdom University 0 has an AB route (unfinished) with Rhonda, and a diaper route with Jennifer. You can play it online on Gamecore.
