Premise - Dude hired to work in ADBL Mansion and 'take care' of the inhabitants, been years and something triggered memory of its existence.
My memory says opening is random dude hired to work in mansion to care for its occupants -> meets the head lady -> begin game.
Scat was optional or non-existant.
Multiple characters I remember the premise was one was a slave/(pornstar?) who was getting into ABDL.
