Seriously though, why do some devs just not give one singular fuck about player feedback? Half the time it's not even an ego thing, they just stay silent the whole time and pretend not to hear any comments or concerns about the game.
I'm not sure what's worse, hearing the commentary and not reacting to it, or hearing it and blowing your top and getting mad at people. I think maybe silence is probably worse since you don't even get the confirmation that they're even seeing the comments in the first place.

there has been a crackdown on patreon about NSFW games. the aftermath of that stupid activist raid collective shout has made huge waves in teh NSFW dev community and funding channels for them are very unstable
