Are there fewer choices? Or does CTRL skip jump over choices? I feel like there were a lot more, but my saves were wiped, so trying to get to new content, but things feel a bit off.

Can't help you there... I deleted all saves before starting to play this update. I couldn't remember the story, so, let's start over.

But there are very little in terms of choices and so far they don't seem to affect any variables or paths, at least nothing that URM detects.

Good luck with your game. For having a fulltime job and of course other responsibilities, you have all my respect to take on this challenge.
