Project Sage the most similar, even though is abandoned has plenty of content.

Coming of age if you're up to deal with the rpgm gameplay its the most complete.

It doesn't seem to be as popular as it was once, but there is a website called adult patcher or something, there is a link on this website, where people that are absolutely not related to the dev in any form or any way release patches with "forbidden" content.
That's how some games manage to keep incest or loli content while releasing official versions with none of those.
Desert Stalker also has options to let the player sets the relationships.

Sorry, but there is a difference, to build in forbidden content and to use a small patch to activate it (forbidden=yes ;-). Or if you renwrite some dialogs as of stepmom goes to mom. No, the dev should go the way he has planned. Hopefully he keeps his good work and won't stop, because some of his followers would influence him to do things, he won't.

You already have the mutual masturbation scene and in the last update you had a heart to heart with your mom in her bedroom about sexual experiences while feeling her up (tits and all that).
Even if pat tries to shut it down, there will most likely the typical landlady change with a patch afterwards...

i think the most logical thing to do is conversion to landlady from the beginning, continue the story as planned, and create a patch for some who wanna real incest, simple and fast, no problem with patreon, everyone happy

At the end of the day it was all just assumptions by people on this forum regarding certain paths which won't or will be developed anymore according to their opinions.
The dev stays true to the story he/she/they wants to be told and everyone else claiming how it will play out at the end of the day is just reaching...
I've never seen a comment by the dev on patreon that would suggest we won't have anymore content regarding the Mom in the future ( she is a main ingredient to the story and MC opening up ...)
well, nowadays better be prepared, he himself is talking about patch, we'll see, important thing is preservation of the game and dev's ideas, the rest is secondary
