- The "city" folder has been put in order.
- At first, they started correcting variables in the University location (thanks to DreamSeek for finding the errors), but then completely rewritten all the mechanics of the University. We added a separate library and the possibility to buy a term paper for admission to the exams for the semester.
- Reduced the obtrusiveness of the NPC by changing the probability of their calls to the phone of MC.
- Increased the severance of the relationship with the NPC on the phone, making it more effective.

Hitchhiking in city

I think the description pop-ups need to get removed. It's really annoying to buy something using the action window, just to have a description come up to tell you what you bought in an info window that you have to close. And that's just one example. there are plenty of other actions that do this.
