The fix for the public version eliminates an error related to the renovation of one- and two-room apartments. I received reports that nothing happened after payment for the renovation of these apartments. This has been fixed. In your case, I don't understand what is happening. If possible, please send the save file with the problem you described.
Also tried that, paying for renovation or even buying new 1 room apartment. Kitchen and bathroom work fine, living room and hallway nothing happens. Here is my save:

Thank you, my friend!!! Thanks to your save file, I found the problem. I completely overlooked the fact that the mechanics of the apartments differ so much between versions and some of the variables had been removed. Please let me know if everything is working correctly now. I tested your save file and everything worked for me.

It doesn't work yet. It's just not possible to do everything at once.
As soon as I finish the animation, I will rework the game mechanics of the adult film studio. Only after that, when the visualization is complete, will I try to make it possible for MC to use a webcam on the Internet. This will be a separate storyline. There are many requests, and the game is developing rapidly.

Go outside and look for part time job at railway station for bordel, and the west for the brothel. As I know you should work for the brothel at west district to unlock the VIP version (Rublevka?), so it's a story-like event.
