The fix for the Public version worked for a few ingame days and then it reverted to the same issue: My 1 room apartment keeps changing from fully refurbished to low quality rooms in the pictures displayed when you are in those rooms, especially the hallway and living room. Buying renovations for them doesn't work. It takes the money from your account but nothing happens, no "under construction" status and no image change. The other rooms seem to work and display fine when you renovate them.
Same thing happens when buying a new apartment. The pictures shown in the real estate office don't correspond to the apartment you get. You choose a fully renovated one, buy it and when you go to it, the building staircase, apartment hallway and living room are different, showing other pictures from a fully rundown apartment. Kitchen and bathroom seem to be working fine.

The servants room will not be counted in the total number of rooms that MC can have in her house. If she chooses one of the servants as her mistress, she can settle her in any of the rooms available for living (except for the central room, these can only be living rooms and bedrooms) and then visit her at any time and use her in exchange for money, clothes, accessories, or gifts. This will continue until she gets bored. She can have as many favorites as she can accommodate in her house. I also plan to add the option of adding the MC's favorites to her guests and organizing orgies.

v0.99.9_10.11: Broker/missing images(balcony) on buy apartment. When you renovate living room for example, take the money from the back account but nothing happen as mention above from someone

When you do long haul flights to sunny destinations you'll have time off there to explore, sunbath or swim at the pool, go shopping, drink and flirt...
Just in case the developer reads on here. Wish I could support you on pateron, just broke as can be, hence why I am here.
2 suggestions which would be nice. During train rides, when wearing a dress or skirt with no underwear, the random groper could do with a chance to get penetrated and creampied.
Having random perverts among the possible dates, and those invited to live in, or stay the night with, coming with special consequences would also be interesting. Like one that visits the MC while she sleeps for something non-con, or one that installs a webcam on her without her knowledge. These would need subtle red flag warnings to give the player a chance to react.
Anyway, I am enjoying this game. Thanks for making it.
A brotherly visit with something similar would be spicy as well.

I'm still working on it. To avoid overwhelming players, I made it so that everything boils down to paying money to the company that services the house. Servants will appear in the house automatically as soon as it is built. The number of servants will depend on the size of the house and the number of rooms in it. The number will range from approximately 4 to 15 people. 1/3 will be male NPCs. The rest of the servants will be female NPCs. Above, I presented the concept of interacting with servants and creating your favorites among them. I am currently actively working on this, gathering new visualizations and creating new mechanics. I will try to please you with new content in the next publication. The capabilities of the game engine are virtually limitless and can implement any ideas. For example, the main character can create their own fun house where servants can entertain guests in a certain way.
This idea isn't far from adding the entertainment class business types. Some types already has picture set too (bar, stripclub, brothel) The job titles are seems replaceable, 'maid' employee become 'entertainer' or 'stripper' or 'whore', accountants become 'overseer' or 'bouncer', the manager can become 'madame' for example.
It would be nice if the villa could host various events (like holding parties for upper classes or celebrities, or exact type like bdsm party in basement type room, basement also should be used as a small studio for example).
Maybe you should just split them depending on the jobtype. Like guard, driver, cook, janitor, personal trainer will be always male, the other like maid will be always female. And it looks somewhat more aesthetic imo. On limitation players should be build female and male servants rooms, and some jobtypes require the specific room to be built (greenhouse - gardener, dining room - cook, parking lot or garage - driver, etc)
