Same here, it gives me more freedom and sandbox element in contrast to girl life, girl life seems to be more event driven/story driven wheras about_it your game feels like real life

To answer your question, yes it's a sole effort by the developer which makes it a very high quality game with absolutely loads of content and, in my view, highly playable. Others do contribute with suggestions and reporting errors but those need to be worked by the developer.

GL is based mainly in school and university content is growing. You can pursue a career of your choice but all relationships are scripted. There's a good mix of 'types' of NPC with whom you can have a relationship but it is limited to the script for the chosen NPC. (I write 1 of the NPC characters).
Here it's 100% sandbox with the developer making great efforts to make it as realistic as possible. I guess that this can lead to some players becoming frustrated but that does mirror life where you need to deal with what's thrown at you... It's also based after school so a nice contrast.

There is a lot of work to be done with the escort service. Many changes need to be made to the mechanics of sex, but I think these guys and girls will be worth it. For now, I'll do it for the MC house. If you like it and everything works well, I'll add this content to the apartments as well.

During one of the tests, a thought occurred to me: why view each of her favorite MCs separately to invite them as guests when she could call them all and choose the ones she needs? I struggled with the code a bit, and this is what I came up with.
Of course, I still need to refine everything and finish creating the escort agency, but the code works, and that's already a reason to be happy.

I posted on Patreon about a bug with the online dating app. When you exchange numbers with an NPC, the conversation restarts and no contact is added to the phone.
Also, it would be useful to add a cheat that speeds up the house building project as waiting 100 days can be tedious. Although realistic, a cheat of some kind can allow players to maintain the realism whilst giving others the freedom to jump straight into the content related to owning a house.
There are so many ideas I could share but I think you have a roadmap laid out already and know where you're wanting to go so I don't want to side track you from the progress you are making.

Please understand that the game world does not revolve around the main character. NPCs live their own lives, and the main character may not be the only person they have sex with that day. NPCs may not be interested in children or family. NPCs may also have their own families and children. This means that the main character is not a priority for them. In the game, you can meet different NPCs, including those who will agree to raise someone else's child. Those who will truly love the main character. It's all in your hands. You create your own storyline, and the game will try to give you what you are looking for.
