RPGM - Absolute Power Corruption [v0.96] [moriAPC]

This game's only real weaknesses is the somewhat weak art direction and the MC being a bit of an edgelord. Other than that this game is an unparalleled power fantasy with a surprising amount of choice and depth.

I absolutely love this Game.

At first the art style kinda put me offbut it grew on me and the writing is soo damn up my alley and you actually have real choices and paths not just the illusion of them like in so many other games.

Despite the stuff the game says about Raptor hes not that bad either it depends on how you play him and I love that. I especially love his interactions with Cherry and the Demon girl whose name I will not even attempt to spell.

I usually don't like RPGM games, like, not at all, but I'm making an exception for this one. For a few reasons.

Firstly, this game delivers exactly what it says on the sticker and more. It explores all of the few tags on there in detail. This game is not ambitious and it doesn't try to be *everything*. like too many other games, and end up not being anything at all. It is what it says it is. And it fully delivers on its promises, so fully that it's even a bit weird, considering how few other games do that.

I am not sure if it's a metacommentary on the way most people play naughty games, but there really is no real penalty for clicking enter a few too many times (my massive problem with RPGM). You can't lock yourself out of content on accident, and you can't lock yourself into a story path on accident. MC executing power fantasies and not caring about the world of the game too much parallels players executing their fantasies and not caring about the world of the game too much. Maybe I'm reading too far into this, but I like that nonetheless.

The graphics are... Alright. It's pictures only, but hell, it'll do. I am not that much into graphics anyway. Maybe some girls need to be updated a bit, but other than that, it's fine. Will do.

This game is a bit scarce on interesting character, but it does have a few. And it really doesn't need more. What it lacks in character it gives back in plenty of varied, self-contained scenarios with non-characters.

On the porn side, oh man, I'm glad you asked. This game is full of it. Like, maybe 80% of the dev's attention is dedicated to porn. You won't get starved on that front, ever.

There is very little here in terms of plot or stakes, but that only means there is exactly enough here in terms of plot. MC has all the power he could ever have, and can break everything and everyone, and there is only one entity that could potentially challenge him, even then I doubt it.

If you are interested in the tags this game offers, and accept that you will be finding little of actual depth here, download this game. Now. For me, this game goes into the "hidden gems on this website" section right away.

This game is... good. If you're into incest, male domination, impregnation, pregnancy, and optional birthing, this game will probably be really good to you. I may have encountered an animated scene? Maybe? Even if, 99% of sexual content is still-images. Some of the art is really good, some of the art is... okay. Some of the dialog is really good, some of the dialog is... okay. Some of the.. you get the idea. It's a mix of stuff that is okay to quite good, so I've rated it as a good game. 3.8 stars would probably be my precise score lol.

How can it be improved? Some art could be updated to match the good pieces of art. Some of the story could probably be rewritten. It's cool for a sex game I guess, but being dropped right into what feels like the last 60% of the story is kinda odd. There is no "you're a normal person" phase, it's straight into "mega powerful sex lord". Which... is passable in an H game. Some of the dialog is kinda dense...

I did not explore the full game, I gave it a wank and that will probably be it. So it's at least wankable lol, but... doesn't really make me want to return to finish it out.

If you're looking for a slightly above average, incest heavy game without a ton of story and gameplay; this is your game. The art style is a bit different from most games I have enjoyed before but it's not bad by any means. The available characters and content are quite decent too, a few different incest and non-incest options gives you plenty of girls to set your sights on and have fun with. There isn't much grinding involved (especially if you use a save editor like me) so you can access the fun stuff very easily, and it's almost all repeatable and enjoyable which is a big plus.

All in all, this is by no means a masterpiece but it's got more than a few hours worth of enjoyable content in it. If you're looking for some big-titty, incestual and forceful fun; this is where to go. I like to play through it in a slightly different way each time it receives a few updates worth of content, experiencing some slight variation in scenes every few months or so. 4/5 would impregnate mom again

Look at pictures. If artstyle suits your taste / doesn't repell you too much, and you seek unwilling sex, blackmail or mind control themes with plain asshole main-hero, you will have a good time.

This game isn't serious one, and doesn't try to be. Which is good.

1. It's simple and easy to get into with almost no grinding
2. Pretty clear about what does what
3. Stuff can be customized and reset if it didn't turn out how you liked
4. The art is clean and has a distinct style that makes it stand out, and the placeholder art is getting phased out
5. Surprisingly decent writing, especially for the incest scenes
6. Speaking of: tons of lovely incest
7. Consistent updates on a reliable schedule

It's basically a delicious hamburger of a power fantasy: not complex, but quick and easy for a satisfying payoff, spiced with a lot of incest and inbreeding, which are fetishes I like a lot. Perhaps not as much depth or development as longer games, but it does very well for its scope.

Despite the arts might not be for everyone, this game is actually really good--a pleasant surprise when I first tried it. This is basically a power fantasy type of game but actually give you some challenges in some aspect. You can be an ass, a romantic-ass, or just plain wild gigantic ass--you can be anything! It also caters to a lot of kinks, which is very welcome.
My only complaint is probably the fact that you really REALLY need to explore and/or experiment to find or get to a certain area/event. It can get annoying.

A lot of the other reviews have covered it but if you missed those, this game is

• A fantastic porn game - wastes very little time with superfluous content, besides a general story and setting, you can get right to the action pretty much whenever you want.
• Avoids the aimless boring slog for scenes/content that other RPGM games seem to adore.
• Very appealing and decent quantity of artwork (with rough placeholders for in-dev ones).
• Dialogue/text during scenes is extremely well done, this dev has a real talent with words, and paints a goddamn hot scene.
• Decent few hours of content as of V0.44.
• Appeals strongly to impreg/pregnancy, domination & corruption kinks, seriously, this is practically a must-play if you're so inclined, and has easily toggleable options to disable/alter content if you don't like a specific kink.
• You play an evil, overpowered MC, don't expect things to really challenge you, or be too mushy (though there are a few "charm" options).

I've played quite a lot of games of here and this is easily one of the best ones on the site, 5/5 is less than it deserves.

Finally gave this a try, the preview pics didnt do it for me, but was bored. Glad I did, the game is surprisingly good. World is being fleshed out, lots of good kinks, and the art kinda grows on you. Didn't encounter any bugs, and gameplay was really fun. Love the Impregnation focus, the milfs, and even the story was fun. Look forward to more. p.s. dont take it too serious its a fun game not some deep brain twister. It was also the fastest download I have encountered in a very long time.

This has quickly become my favorite Rpgm game. The art is very different, but it has a definite charm to it. Thoroughly enjoy some of the taboo features of this game; mainly the rape and pregnancy system. It's also cool how you can see the products of those pregnancies around the kingdom. I especially love the small kingdom management options, like holding court. I'm looking forward to more content!

So far it looks pretty good. I found this while pursuing for a game that would satisfy both my incest and my pregnancy interests and really think i found a gem with this one.

Pros:
-2D art style is really nice! Not to throw a jab at 3DCG games but I generally don't find them as appealing as a 2DCG game and the art style is very nice
-Writing is pretty good, its nice to see a game that focuses on descriptive text instead of just straight dialogue.
-I enjoy the sorta off the cuff humor and setting of the game. It's obviously supposed to be somewhat absurd so I guess maybe it's not for everyone.
-Pretty sizeable cast of characters
-Always nice to see fetish filters

Cons:
-The storytelling doesn't feel super fleshed out, it kinda just drops you in with very little fanfare and there doesn't really feel like there's a very continuous story line throughout, more just individual quest lines that don't really seems to meet that much. Obviously this game is still in the works so it's not that big of a problem
-Feels a little claustrophobic at times, really hope some of the areas get expanded a little bit more or the world map gets bigger

I'd highly recommend playing this one. Even though it's still early in development this one has a lot of potential.

I think some of the other people reviewing this game are way too harsh, yes the art isn't that good (i am not going to insult the art of the place holders its shit for a reason its not permanent) and no there isn't no voice acting much gameplay or an extremely well written story(i mean jesus christ this is a one man band dev with very little support through his subscribe star i really dont know who the fuck expects this guy to get voice actors)

But unlike other devs that force you to play through a mediocre rpg with a shit tier anime story with very little X-rated content to get you through the game this one gets to shit you actually want to do and it even lets you competly skip any fights you wish.

Story : I do think this needs some work but i like what the story lets you do wish fulfilment were you are such a powerful and corrupting force you can have sex with whoever you wish and no-one and the game doesn't even take itself seriously you turn the second most powerful wizard into santa.
Not only this it has a lot of pregnancy content and doesn't lie or blueball you with one promised scene if you are lucky at the end of the game.

With all these things considered this actually receives timely and consistent updates with content people actually care about and this is the least grindy game out there you can see all of the content within an hour of playing and in no point of the development has the saves bugged out or become incompatible.

Goddamn this game is awesome.

Sure the art is a bit shit [but getting better] but everything else is great, despite being made on the worst engine possible.

The standard disclaimer is a bit different here where the dev straight up says the MC is evil and basically that he doesn't give a shit lol. Which is fine, when more and more of these games are trying to be "realistic" its good to stand out.

The plot is seriously cookie cutter, you get powers from some kind of chicken (???) but from the get-go you are all powerful, setting off the tone of full tilt power fantasy.

Most of the fun in this game is in the choices you can make, which mostly have the same consequence but man, are they satisfactory.

All the characters are decently fleshed out, you can identify the archetype for each and that's enough.

The grind is moderate.

Really the worst part about this game is the ancient RPGM engine its running on, but hey its barely 20 MB and its well worth a try.

Keep up the good work dev. I would maybe suggest adding more content for each update, take your time with it.

First of all - yes, MC is an asshole, but I don't view it as a con, it is fun to play sometimes as one. Other than that and some incomplete art the game has only pros: Amazing writing, especially sex scenes dialogues. A lot of fetishes and choices - actual choices. Already a good amount of content and on top of that very consistent and good updates.

Fun and entertaining game with a unique and campy in a good way art style that keeps things pretty simple but yet has layers upon layers of taking the piss out of everything. Sometimes even breaking the 4th wall to do so. There is no limit to what you can do. Its not done as of writing this, but I feel its fun enough to say that it can only get better from here. I mean I stopped playing and redownloaded only for him to add even more NPCs to bang... 10/10 would also impregnate their mom like protag.

While the art is noticeable bad(save for the remastered stuff,) the gameplay average and the story not there, the dialogue(especially during sex scene) , kinks and actual choices make this game enjoyable.
This game completely and intentionally flips the wimpy MC typecast by making the MC a complete asshole and puts you in a do what you want fantasy, like it's a GTA for porn. Very nice.

But overall this game is largely incomplete with lots of stand in art and lacking story, but it's ambitious and has a lot of kinks I like and good dialogue . I'm sure it'll be great when it's more finish

Story: Poor and lacking, not very entertaining

Renders: the characters are drawn like it's a parody game...and not a good parody

Playability: It's on the worst version of RPGM...i can't change the resolution of the window, everything is small... i had headache by trying to read something and distinguish a character from the other...FOR ME, it's unplayable.

Performance: At least it's not on Unity or Unreal...

Voice Acting: There wasn't.

I'll preface the review with a disclaimer: The game is rapidly evolving, probably making any criticisms I write as of now (v0.34), irrelevant.

Pros:
Very Active dev.
The game has underwent several changes and additions in the short time it's been worked on, so if there's an issue, it'll most likely be fixed in a timely manner.

Interesting Dialogue
The writing is really interesting, if not hilarious, specially, but not limited to, your sister (Cherry).

Options to avoid certain fetishes
Self-explanatory, though with some of them being disabled, you'll be missing out on a chunky amount of content.

Cons:
Addition of systems with no real end-goal.
The way the game is currently setup, it has systems that serve a general purpose (kingdom investments and selling goods, for example), namely: Getting Dosh. The issue is that, there is no real way to spend all that money, essentially making a system that has no real purpose, and isn't very engaging. Something simple, like having a really expensive (optional) property, like a mansion, or even an Inn upgrade that makes it give a decent amount of money every day, would be a good way to remedy that


Lack of story development
This is mostly a nitpick on my end, since I don't really mind the lack of a story, but when a game has such interesting concepts as these, it makes it hard not to want (and demand) more. Though this is excusable due to the current focus on sexual content, rather than story.

Conclusion:
If you like a rude, domineering MC, this is most likely the game for you. I'd recommend you give it a spin for the sole fact that it's something different, and, with the insane amount of bad RPGM games out there, this is a real breath of fresh air.
