Well written scenes, and some good variety with the types of girls. Not many of them go in-depth yet, but with continued development this game could turn out great. The world building is a nice touch, not just sprinkled on top, it feels like the creator has put some thought into it.

Great writing, genuinely good and interesting story.
I think as far as Twine games go, this is just about the most interesting to play I've seen yet. Don't expect the next AAA title for its gameplay but it's still dynamic enough to keep you interested.

This text-only game has a ton of potential. However, as is, I feel it's missing a lot of much-needed polish. It has plenty of UI elements meant for recapping character/plot info, but it barely covers the main LIs. It doesn't make particularly good use of its open world and has quite a bit of boring grind, repeating the exact same scene on fixed in-game weekday/time for character stats. The characters do have arcs and some depth to them, but the current content pretty much stops at the points where the MC and a LI enter a relationship of some kind.

It feels weird to say, but this is one of the only adult games out there with "good writing." Fucking superb even. It should go without saying for a text-only game, but I've played plenty of games that don't understand how to write a character beyond an anime stereotype.

This is not one of those games.

In fact, it makes fun of the anime stereotype with one of its characters and somehow makes you care about her. You actually want to read what's written and look forward to what's going to happen next.

Unbelievable, I know. Kudos to the developer for managing to create the digital version of "I only get it for the articles."

This feels like it could be a great game - for once a Mind Control game where there are actual mechanics and things to do beyond making numbers go up! The only problem is, it's grindy. Like really, really grindy.

Because, you see, you still need to make the numbers go up. But you are heavily restricted and as to how and when you can do so (in keeping with the point above), and the numbers still need to go up a lot. So instead of, say, spamming spell X five times a day for three days, you can only cast spell X maybe twice a week, but still need to cast it dozens of times.

It's also a text-based game. That needn't be a problem in general, but when the game is grindy, that means a lot of reading. Images do have the advantage that they are able to convey more information faster, but here we are stuck with always reading everything. As a result, it takes even longer to get to content.

Ultimately, even though it seems like a game I could really get behind, I can't really justify giving it more than one star.

Accidental Mind is a good story written by someone who clearly cares about their work. There's only a few characters that you can sex, but each character has enough depth and options that it still feels fun.

The writing is good, and the creator gives you options to make the game easier if you ever get stuck (including cheats and several in-game hint locations), although there is still a bit of a grind sometimes. Nothing at all egregious though, and there's always ways around it.

I think the only real frustration I had was struggling to complete the dream sequence off of outdated hints, and having to consult the schedule to find out where characters were because it was always too much to remember and then navigating to them through a maze of a city/school.

To put it into bullet points:

    Pros:
    • Excellent writing, with unique, well-developed characters and many sexy scenes. Few typos.
    • The main two characters do have quite the variety of (vanilla) sex options.
    • You can get those characters to one of two different personalities each, which is nice for replayability and being able to choose the one you like. Although I wish your choice had more influence beyond a few scene variations.
    • Replay scenes! Woohoo! You can even start the game at various points in the story in case you ever lose progress or want to skip earlier stuff.
    • Good quality-of-life stuff (e.g. keyboard link navigation, handy appearance descriptions, character schedules) and a simple but clean UI design.
    Cons:
    • No visual media. Admittedly, with how some characters are described, it would be pretty dang hard to have art done for them (Prism especially).
    • Still in progress, of course. There's a good amount of content already, but the only characters that matter are the two main girls and a little bit of Prism.
    • As mentioned above, I wish your choices had more of an impact on the story or characters beyond some scene variations.

A pretty good game overall, provided you don't mind actually reading most of the text (of which there is a lot).

I would recommend playing it when you've got enough patience to read and enjoy the story. The sex scenes are usually interesting and descriptive but if that's all you're looking for out of this you'll have to be okay with your gratification being delayed.

It would take a lot of work but it would be cool if there were more random encounters you could engage in with people while exploring. You can use your powers to spy on people's real and imaginary risque encounters but rarely get to participate. Sometimes the city just feels a bit devoid of life when you wander around with nothing to interact with.

Love the game thus far and shows a lot of promise. I can't wait to experience games like these and enjoy the author's story further. I do have my personal qualms with the game but that in no way diminishes the value of this game. And considering the game is still in development, with the vibe that it is going to get much bigger, those qualms may be fixed or tweaked to something more tolerable. The game is definitely 5 stars.

Pros: the game has tons of content already although sometimes it can be difficult to unlock content if you aren't paying attention as deeply as you should. Definitely worth paying attention to most of the time as the author is talented. Another pro is the difference in the women. Every girl is different from Blaire to Prism, they are all amazing in their own way. If you search for them, there are also people you can have scenes with that aren't in your harem, usually, these people are places you would work to make money.

Cons: The game has a bad habit of making things a little bit of a grind to get to the good stuff. Fortunately, the grind itself is usually made easier with the hints the game provides but even then I have found myself waiting full weeks to trigger an event that only can be triggered on one day at a specific time of day. Kiara was hugely guilty of this. And prism doesn't have many options for building rapport with her throughout the week. You can only catch her at the park on the weekends or at class. Usually, depending on the day you only get to interact with her once the entire day, and Thursdays have no interaction at all. Another con right now is the finality of completing the connections of each girl. With Blaire, you can change your connection with her if you don't like your decision which is nice, but Kiara seems to locked permanently for now. I would love an option to change your important decisions during connections to explore all scenes without having to replay 4 different times to get different scenes for Kiara. Another con is the lack of content of content you get after you have finished connecting with your harem girls. Blaire can move in with you if you choose to encourage her love for you and she basically becomes your housewife. I love this concept but you only get 1 additional scene with her after the decision. The scene seems to be random and barely ever activates. Similar to Blaire, certain Kiara routes don't offer much either. Feedback gives you a scene where you have enhanced sex with her in dreams. That's it, no other benefit to choosing Kiaras feed back route. Whereas Dominique gives you a lot more extra content and scenes because Dominique actually builds her own harem. I love the concept of Kiara having her own harem you can also have sex with because she is in your harem, but i decided against Dominique because of the gangbang, and orgy options. I didn't like the thought of her getting gangbanged. Kiara isn't exactly loyal to you sexually in those options. And while it doesn't bother me all that much cause you can participate, it kind of subtracts from the feeling of the harem when there are actually scenes of her talking about or being in sex with other people/ guys. Fortunately, when you see her having sex with other people you can join in. Logically speaking though choosing the sidekick options seem more realistic because she admits to you being the best person she has ever had sex with, so realistically it only makes sense she would be focused on having sex with you rather than having sex with others that can't get her going as well as you can. Other people for Kiara would probably just be icing on the cake if you are in on it, so why not give her the option to have a harem of females as a sidekick too, that would increase content for at least one of them without the complications the gangbang options bring up. It is more than just the gangbang and orgies though, it's the actual dialog in just normal conversations, she is much more upfront about sleeping with others, especially males, and she doesn't seem to care about you as much. Treating you more as just a personal toy rather than an actual lover. But there is precious little content for sidekicks compared to partner routes and it is my hope the author will add both more content and scenes later in the game to make those routes actually worth playing. It's important to note that when i say content I am not specifically talking about sex. I love the extra content Blaire has when she is moving in. She does it gradually and has a new scene every time she does until her entire schedule alters, she stops going to clubs unless it is with you and she sleeps with you every night in your bed. That is what I mean but content, adding positive results other than just sex scenes to the choices you have made. My final con is there are still the occasional grammar and misspellings, but hey it's a erotic novel game, there are going to be that kind of error.

All in all the game is near perfect, and there isn't much to complain about. Pretty much everything the game has in it excels which is why I didn't put too much in the pros section, I'd be here all day if I listed off everything that was great about this game. Keep up the good work author and please don't forget about adding content and sex scenes to some of the other routes to make them more playable. Also If you are reading this, if you could eventually allow us to reenter the dreamscape to change our decisions and experiment with different choices, that would be awesome.

    Alterism

    I don't usually give 5 stars.

That should be endorsement enough. In reality this is about a 4.6 which is still a passing grade.
The writing is great and the sex scenes are numerous. The world, as its is established, is believable within it's own rules and the burn for relationship progress is sufficiently slow enough to the point that I can't complain.

You're viewing everything from the eyes of your main character but many aspects of the dynamics and how relationships flow with other characters is nearly entirely in your hands (within reason). The plot has progressed in a way and with finesse that I want to see how the story unfolds because I want to see how the story unfolds. There's lots of characters and side characters who are all compelling and memorable.

Characters also have a schedule and adhere to that and just by interacting with the game you'll begin to internalize these things to a pretty satisfying degree.

The mechanics are where I dock a few decimals of a point. I'm generally into repetition in sandbox sims as I believe the nature of development and immersion in general are enhanced by that. However, there can be a point (at least in the current build as of right now) where you're progressing days just to advance a single plot point and while there's an ability to go into a trance, (skip days) it'd be greatly appreciated if there was a better method of skipping time inside of days as well that doesn't consist of multiple wait sections.

All in all, a terrific text based game and what is shaping up to be a good plot as well. It's not often that you get an author who can fully realize the sex scenarios in their head in a visually pleasing manner but the developer(s) have knocked this one out of the park and have indeed created a supporter out of me.

    Bravo zulu.

Porn is entirely text-based, so don't expect any pictures or animations.
Fetishes: bondage, tease and denial, straight, bi (FFM), mind control (entirely consensual), small breasts, large breasts, etc.
Playtime: about 40-50 hours, exact amount depends on reading speed.
Number of h-scenes: more than 200 (yes, really). Oh, and they're very high quality too. Takes 2 playthroughs to see 100%.

Pros: Amazing writing, some of the best I've ever seen. Realistic characters with a lot of depth, cool world (similar to the TV Series "The Boys" and all the marvel avengers stuff), a ton of intrigue in the latest updates. Very long, challenging puzzles. And if you don't want to solve them, there are very generous hints too.
Cons: There are a few mandatory skills that need to be acquired before you can begin solving the puzzles and it's not super obvious how to acquire them. Honestly, I can't think of any other complaints.

I've always had a soft spot for text based games. I love mind control, I love superheroes, and this little number here really makes you feel like an up an coming Super.
It's a bit grindy, but there's an in game spoiler system that can easily fix most issues.
It killed most of a day for me, which is better than a lot of AAA games nowadays, kudos to the developer.

    v2.35-C

A text based mind control game. The GUI is ok, could be better, could be worse.
Some parts are interesting and well written. I found the mental manipulation on the bitchy bully cheerleader neighbor girl to be quite interesting. Albeit a bit grindy and walkthrough dependent.

other parts are bad. Most of my examples of bad parts come from the childhood friend. Because even though I played the game for hours I only really got anywhere with the bully and the childhood friend routes, as the game is somewhat grindy and slow.

The dedication to the grind is such that "starter" girls which storywise start out very close to you require the full amount of grinding as you raise their trust and affection from 0 to 100. Even though they clearly should have started higher.

Take for example your childhood friend, you are railroaded into trying to mind control her instead of trusting her with your secret (you got mind powers). She catches you with her bootleg telepath defense device and instead of calling the super cops on you she forgives you. Yet she still starts at 0 trust and affection and requires full grind experience.

There are also some scenes where scenes seem to contradict each other. Like for example how kiara is fangirling over the superheroine Prism when you call kiara over to watch movies with you and prism. considering she was tearing into prism in the hospital when you just woke up from a coma, it is odd how everyone forgot about her prior meeting with prism that was just 38 days prior (exact time due to set interval of prism visits).

You don't have permission to view the spoiler content. Log in or register now.

I also think the game needs more dedication towards writing the lewd scenes. There needs to be more lewds scenes, with less grind before each one, and the lewd scenes need to integrated with the plot more.

Amazing game if you're OK with text only.

The representation of the mind is the best I've ever seen. The writing and the characters are great too. It's also a somewhat believable modern day harem. I never thought I could write the words "believable" and "harem" in the same sentence, but here we are.

However, the UI and life sim 'gameplay' is annoying, you will be clicking a ton to follow the characters around to increase their affection bar. Hope your mouse is high quality! If you are doing characters one after another it is very tedious. My advice would be to skip the intro and then start with Kiara and then do Blaire as much in parallel in order to unlock Prism ASAP. Otherwise the game will take quite a long time as advancing the girls one by one has a lot of clicking.

Similarly, some of the mazes are a bit frustrating and tedious, but you can't really lose, so you can try again forever the next day. It can also be difficult to figure out how to progress certain things, even with the built in walkthrough.

The sex pacing is a bit off, it starts very slow (probably too slow if you don't skip the intro) but then explodes and has too many very well written scenes. A real first world problem, I'd fap to an amazing scene then another one would come out immediately.

4/5 if you're browsing this webpage looking for content.
5/5 if you're OK with this text only medium. I played this for like 10+ hours straight.
6/5 if you also picture Prism as Spectrum or a slutty Starlight from The Boys (yes I know she isn't, but it's my head cannon)

Awful UI and Clunky Mechanics Wrapped Around a Bloated Narrative

The first inescapable pain-in-the-ass is that the developer intentionally removed the navigation UI during the ENTIRE introduction. Twine games, simple as they are, have a native navigation system that allows you to move back and forth between the pages. It's only reasonable, after all, in an HTML game where you can accidentally click something just scrolling through. This usually comes in a side panel with your save options and information about your stats and stuff. You need to click through about 15 minutes of content before this even appears for the first time.

As for the game itself, it's decent, but completely unexceptional. The premise is your usual superhero origin. Wrong place, right time results in a freak occurrence where the MC gets supernatural gifts. In this case, you get to share a body with an internalized psychic supervillain/narrator/ingame tutorial. Yay!

I wish I could say more about the writing, because at times it's quite good. But the primary issue is that it's just a lot of word salad. Things are often more verbose than it needs to be. And in a text-only game, you really want to emphasize differences in characters (and subsequent character descriptions) in more than just differences in adjectives. Every character is described in roughly the same manner: a bit about their height, their hair color, their bust and butt size, and a bit about their clothing or style.

All the paragraphs are formatted roughly the same, the tone of writing is consistent throughout, and the descriptions all cover the same thing. It all feels like procedurally generated characters rather than distinct individuals.

When done this way, you end up drowning in a sea of adjectives and none of the characters feel distinct. In a text-only game, you really need to lean in on your descriptions. They should feel like visually distinct characters in description. Instead, they're all cookie cutouts with different color dialogue.

The actual gameplay is acceptable but ultimately uninspired. There's a surprising amount of random resource management and grinding to get anywhere. Most of the content is gated behind a fair bit of grinding, but the grind isn't interesting or done well. And when you get to what should be the proverbial carrot, it's once again, the same style of writing as the rest of the game. Adjective salad, a blocky couple of paragraphs, bright colored dialogue, and the scene's over.

Characters should be a bigger strong point. At times, the game delivers. You'll explore interesting personal relations or complicated situations. But in the end, there's too much reliance on the powers of the MC for the kind of drama the story tries to push. You can't really have complicated interpersonal issues when you can simply mind control the other party. This results in a weird limbo where the author is going for some earnest stories but the tension comes from narrative necessity rather than in-character reality. You kind of just have to shut off your brain and go with it.

There's nothing wrong with the game per se. But there's little to make it stand out either. In a text-only game, you need really strong and vivid writing to make it stand out. Instead, we have something dialogue heavy mess (and campy dialogue at that) with procedural descriptions. It's playable, but leaves you wanting. I've already forgotten some of the names of the characters even though I played the game thirty minutes ago.

AccidentalMind is a slow burn for a while, but when you get to it has some hot scenes with likeable characters who grow and progress through the story. The worldbuilding is quite good as well, there's quite a breadth of background material supporting the story with mechanics and scenery along with compelling vignettes of action the main character observes around the city. I often find myself involved with the story of the game for the story's sake and not as an, ahem, means to an end.

The game is certainly not without it's flaws and in truth, I should deduct some rating for the worst of them, the grindy time-of-day lifesim mechanic, and would were the standards of other games on this site higher. I do see the attraction of the lifesim system but constantly looking up where a particular character will be on one of 6 times of day for this particular day of the week is tiresome, moreso when you also need several clicks to navigate to their locale. There is some mitigation of this where newer characters have less variety of location and the phone system bypasses some of the guesswork, but it still takes a lot of clicking.

On the positive side the dreamscape navigation sequences are very enjoyable to play through. The occasional hint is required, but these are present in the games mechanics/navigation which are also quite well featured and developed compared to the your standard Twine based game.

Overall if you enjoy text based content (there are no visuals to be found here) I can still strongly recommend this game.

One of the best HTML games I’ve ever played. Accidental Mind is an incredibly well polished (at least until the very end of playable content as of now) and enjoyable experience. One thing to keep in mind is that there are game changing moments throughout the story, and I recommend creating an external save file (where it says save to disc) at or when you feel you are nearing one of these points.

This is excellent. The tone is light and fun, the characters are unique, and the game has many quality-of-life functions that keep it from being a grind. There's always enough to do to keep it interesting, and whenever I was concerned about getting stuck, the hint system put it back on track.

The writing is just fantastic (big surprise in a text-only game, right?). I feel like the artist put a lot of effort into figuring out how the world works, and gives the player enough of a glimpse to be intriguing, but not bogged down with useless lore. I've laughed out loud more than once at jokes or scenarios that bring the characters to life.

A warning: There's a lot more dating, slow progression type content that takes time to reach (not too much, but more than most sex games). The scenes are quite down-to-earth, and fit in well with the pace of the storytelling, but if you're looking to jump right into hardcore scenes, you won't find it here.

I absolutely love everything I've seen so far, and am looking forward to more from this creator.

Fantastic is what this boils down to. The premise is fun, incredibly well executed and a lot more in-depth then most mind-control/hypnosis stuff without falling for the issue of feeling bloated or like its nonsense jargon/padding.
Characters are enjoyable across the board, with fleshed out personalities and far more to them just being conquests with no long term substance.
Game possesses choices which will add some replay as well as letting you tune characters relations within limits.
My only gripe so far is moving around sometimes is tedious, ExcelDrive is nice however I find with my goldfish brain forgetting where people are at all the time, for the ones tracked in index having either a fast travel option or current locations listed on the ExcelDrive map would be nice. Perhaps tied to a construct upgrade, no idea how practical this is with the games systems.
The game is more then enough to justify the full 5 star and the travel is not enough to knock down the rating, excited to see more from Myscra.

Completely without any pictures of people anywhere, but the quality of the writing is so good, it will ruin you for the level of writing on 98% of all other works of eroticism. The dev is also really playing around with the HTML format to try to make the game flow better.
