Hey, how did you solve this? I might have the same issue.
I have Kiara, Prism and Blaire at level 5 and did the events where Nayika was spying during several encounters. I found out who she was and asked Prism about her, but she was avoidant about it. When I ask Sam about Nayika, he (and the guide) tells me to help Prism with her investigations, but even though Prism has told my character at some point that she could use his help in some of her investigations, I never got a message or event actually starting such an investigation. Maybe I've missed something, but I seem unable to find out how to progress. I have shared my save file if that helps
Sorry, not exactly my bug I got the missions except the last one because I got a mission option that I hade already done and it fucked up some variables. I play it in browser and it does not seem to want to load your save.
Huh, that's strange, I also play in browser and the file works fine for me... But thanks anyway!
Anyway, I just found out that I apparently needed to buy the burner phone and give it to Prism in order to get this rolling. The option never popped up for me in conversation with her, since I didn't think of buying another burner phone. I found the way forward by accident when I met up with her after buying everything I could just in case
The Blaire jogging scene states "Despite ignoring you, you get the idea that Blaire enjoyed being watched.", this seems a little off when paired with the level 3(?) scene where she's obviously showing of her body while holding a conversation with the protag.
It's a bit odd that Vivienne will still have the conversation of 'are you super?' 'what? No, why would you think that?' after she's already made the player's supersuit.
I can't figure out what to do for the level 5 Prism investigation about the stockpiles. She mentioned the harbour district but there's nothing there(accidentally ran in to 'Amelie', though). I saw a comment about a Marina investigation and, given that it's a type of harbour, ground out Adeline to full like. Still nothing.

are you completed the starting "quest chain" for nayika channeling? (talk in the group meeting, create an reality anchor, test it, etc...)
have you already done the voyeur questline?

the quarantine it's about her level progression, you can unlock and train the channel ability before hunt down umbralette.
do the early morning event with nayika in the base and then talk about it during a group meeting.
