You know...When those old black and white TVs started getting blurry, people used to smack'em and it would get the clear image back. Might work on Sofia as well.
Sounds like Sofia’s “Not Cheating” Rulebook is basically just a choose-your-own-adventure with all the endings labeled “Totally Fine, Bob.” 
That easy you play Bob her husband, while watching it from his eyes how your gf has her own rulebook to what cheating and what isn't. She in the end is cheating and you being ntr'ed, because she wants to do things with other guys in a way she justify it as it isn't cheating in her rulebook. According to Sofia it isn't cheating, According to Bob it is cheating and being ntr'ed.
