Two points to note here: one, the NTR tag is needed if there's NTR, there's no argument about that. It doesn't mean that there's NTR on every path though. Just having it on one path is enough for the tag to be needed, and it can still have any number of other paths that don't feature NTR. For instance, here, there's no NTR on the loyal path, else it wouldn't be the loyal path. Having someone look covetously at your partner does not equal NTR. Having someone try to touch your partner and her stopping him does not equal NTR.
The second point is kind of covered at the end of the above, actually. As the dev confirmed in an earlier post, if you choose the option for Sofia to shoot them down at the first opportunity, even though they try again during truth or dare, Sofia reaffirms her stance and doesn't allow them to touch her. I don't know where you get "there's no reason to play this if you don't like cuck or NTR content", when there's a loyal path that excludes both of those.
To be honest, having the line saying she "liked it when you slapped her ass, just like when Chris did it" (and maybe the shop talk about the guy patting her ass) sounds like it could be a bug (
grima_grima?), because when Chris slapped her, on the loyal route there was no indication of her having enjoyed it at all. The other couple of examples you give are not NTR/cuck lines of dialogue at all, they're maybe suggestive, but nothing more (and a couple of your examples aren't even that). Even on a loyal route, an FMC can be body confident and open to compliments etc., it's about staying loyal though, even if others are trying to tempt her. A loyal route doesn't mean that no other men will find her attractive and try to tempt her.
