Are the renders in the first chapter final?
The quality isn't really good.

There is a lot of over-exposition, it's grainy, there are no object shadows, and from time to time, some objects are missing.

When Sarah is introduced, the flowers near the sofa and the beam on the ceiling blink in and out of existence.

Also, there is something wrong with their eyes, it feels like they have been sewn in their socket.

Yes, this seems to be a current problem that hopefully will be solved later.

While I don't really discount the problem, the story suffers nothing from it. It isn't unusual that 1st versions to suffer from problems like these. Let's focus on what's positive instead, ok? We all want the Dev to feel encouraged to continue, right?

If anyone has suggestions of how to fix, put them on, instead of just pointing to them accusingly...

I'm not accusing, just observing.
Unfortunately, I know nothing about 3D rendering, so observing and asking is all I can do.

The top point gain for choosing Sarah in the shower made sense to me. If you choose Emily, you fantasize about being a bottom, thus lose one top point. If you choose Sarah, you fantasize about being a top, thus gain one top point. Bear in mind that you can get a total of 5 top points by the time they're checked, and no matter what you choose in the shower, you can still get the required 3 points for the top variant scenes. You can also do what I do, and use URM to see everything, regardless of choices and points.

Also, my cat was a feral stray that I took in after he came onto my porch looking for food. Lots of people take in stray cats.
