I'm just guessing but if you mean very low quality in terms of resolution: 1307x2000 that was Melkor's default pretty much till end of NiL 4. After that Melkor increased default resolution to up to ...x3400 or so. I recommend using Topaz Photo AI as it will upscale it very nicely for you if you want to have it in higher res.
