You are looking at one of the fancy pulls from Arknights, a gacha game wherein you collect mostly waifus as a non-specific commander. Which is very different from the mostly waifus you collect as a non-specific commander in Azur Lane, because those ones are boat-y instead of animal-y

yea i know about gacha games its just the whiplash from the previous scene to suddenly gacha made me crack up, i straight up recognized the genshin wishing clouds thing at the beginning of the scene

The next update will be even hotter. Dev has confirmed it will be about 40% more H content.
The scenes on this map are truly amazing. In the old game, these were among my favorite scenes in the entire game. It also marks a significant turning point for the characters (especially the NTR route).
Just to clarify: The next (Next) update (V0.8) is the one that will feature more scenes than usual. That means there will be a lot happening by the end of this chapter. However, while there are tons of scenes, there’s also a significant amount of story development (no adult content here, just plot!) in chapter 5 so there's a lot I have to work on, haha. On the other hand, V0.7 will end at a key scene for the NTR path...

Great update, not the sexiest one, gotta build it up i guess, but still pretty great.
Im always surprised how does he manage to make each chapter so epic and intense, i feel like its end game every time lol
Pretty entertaining stuff, even if its not hot scenes and time flies fast, gotta love it
Yes, this update introduced a key scene for the vanilla path while somewhat sidelining the NTR path. It's... well, without giving any spoilers, I'd say it’s the calm before the storm.

As for the story, thank you for the kind words! Their journey is incredibly intense, and things just keep getting worse and worse, haha. The bad endings also highlight the high stakes. It’s not just "the party lost, and now the girls are sex slaves" it’s "the party lost, the girls are sex slaves, and the world is doomed," haha.

We appear to be moving into Isekai territory where the Gacha player is now in... well, not the usual world, Azur is more modern, but a world with his Waifus

I honestly really, really liked the idea of using imagery from other gachas to express deep concepts about life or even the Seven Deadly Sins. Since the game is an Azur Lane parody, it just clicked for me...

Question: In the vanilla route, does it affect the side missions where Void gets stronger as a reward? I ask because I don't like failing missions, unless they have an impact and make me switch from the vanilla route to the NTR route.

They don't. It really is just a "clever" way for players to easily find extra scenes and not miss them. They fail cause the "world" moved forward and the scene won't be there anymore.

Hi everyone, I'm here to tell all of you that Adventuring with Belfast in another world V0.7 is out for . Please consider joining if you can, it really supports my work and helps me continue working hard on it! The road for this update was longer than I expected hahaha. I though working through the holidays would help me get the update sooner, but I ended up releasing it a week later than I had planned. This update is pretty big! NTR fans are gonna eat goood.

I'll also share the general post which is just some chit-chat:

As you know, I dedicated this week to testing the game. This time, I ran into an issue with some variables, which was honestly just me being a bit dumb. Instead of creating separate variables for each route, I tried using the same one. It was a mess, hahaha.

At first, I thought everything was working, only to realize there were still issues during testing. I managed to fix it in the end, but a lesson was learned. Always create different variables.

This update marks the beginning of the end for the vanilla path. That doesn’t mean it’s stopping or anything, but the NTR path is going to start getting the spotlight in almost every release. The number of CGs on the NTR path is going to start dwarfing the vanilla ones. That said, the vanilla path will still be very rewarding for players who experience both routes.

I’ll also do my best to create sexy pixel scenes to help boost the vanilla path, though I understand that some people just don’t vibe with sprite scenes. One thing I do promise is that I’ll keep messing with Michelle on the vanilla path. He will not get any mercy from me, hahaha.

One more thing I’ve been exploring, or at least seriously considering, is turning CGs into simple animations using our good, all-future overlord, the AI. Nothing crazy. Just subtle movement to simulate real animation, like bodies slightly moving, eyes opening and closing, hair swaying, that kind of thing.

Something like this:


It’s just an idea for now. I have no clue where to even start, or whether people would love or hate it, so please let me know what you guys think.

It's just wishful thinking. Also, remember it's a pirate site. Don't lecture me and never download a game for free. The game is really good is also the reason.

For animations like those, imo, i think its best suited when character is talking to you, like literally next to their dialogue box, being that simple enough. It can show various face expressions. You could also include them for basic movements during scenes, like groping and stuff, but thats it. I'd be surprised if you can pull it off and animate everything decently

Also, with that, ur gonna get "ai cg" tag, some people despise those, including me at times, its usually a hit or miss with those... lol

Thanks for the suggestion! I honestly don't know if it is possible to add animations to the "face" slot of the text box, so I would have to check. I have a bunch of plugins sitting on my developer folder that I'm a bit scared to mess with, and one of them could probably do it. If I am not wrong, I have seen this kind of slight movement animation in games that use full standing portraits, but that would be pretty hard to pull off for this game at this stage, hahaha.

About the much-hated AI tag, yeah, that is something that has been bothering me too, haha. The way I see AI art is kind of like fast food. It's still food, but it's assembled instead of cooked. I really like the CGs in this game, so one thing I would hate is to mess them up by using AI. The idea was just to see how much it would actually change the CGs and how natural they might look. That said, I have basically zero know-how when it comes to AI, hahaha, so it is more of a far-fetched idea than anything else.

Depending on how much movement you add into it, I think it might be pretty nice to have slight animation in some of the CGs or dialogue boxes as someone mentioned above. Though I wouldn't overdo it and make it "too bouncy" for a lack of terms. Might also just look bad as the video was all hand animated iirc

And yeah, if you do this you do risk the AI tag, if so I would just add a disclaimer saying the art is all drawn and the AI is jsut for some slight animation
